My recent visit to Rocks, located on the first level of the Hyatt Regency Orlando, left me with mixed feelings. Let me break down my experience for you.

First and foremost, let's talk about the star of the show – the drinks. I must admit, the concoctions served at Rocks were nothing short of impressive. Perfect location! Great food and most of the staff was incredible. They do not take reservations. Unfortunately, the host was rude to multiple people in line and may have treated some people differently than others. When it happened to me, a server saw my frustration and worked with a manager to sort it out. The same thing happened less than an hour later to another woman and she left with 6 people. Service is quite slow. Took about 10 mins for someone to really got to us. Server was okay, could have been a little more welcoming and friendly. Ordered a mojito which was pretty good.
