Terrible service. Food that was edible but nothing I'd come back for. Waitress- completely bizarre experienceshe took our food order brought us drinks in plastic cups with no straws so we hunted down another waitress to get that. She came back finally to say our food order will be out shortly but then she returned 15 -20 minutes later saying she forgot what our food order was and could we tell it to her again...We hadn't ordered anything complicated just 2 entrees so told it to her again and watched as she put in the computer...and waited ...finally got the food after a long wait and then because she disappeared had to hunt down another waiter to find her to pay. We had a movie we were now running late for so just wanted to be done with this place She cane out with the handheld device and as my boyfriend scanned his card ..she clicked a 20% tip for herself ! So crazy I mentioned this experience to the hostess there but she didn't seem bothered at all. This is a nice venue with a nice giant screen if you're wanting to watch sports but way to many places on this strip to bother with this crazyness. Go to Ale house down the street..you'll at least get better...

This place is perfect for game days! Came in for both florida college games. Walked in as a party of 20. Quoted about 30 minutes. Surprisingly enough a gentleman walked up and helped the host stand get us sat almost immediately!

Even better, he ended up being our server, David! I could tell this wasnt his first rodeo. We got sat quickly upstairs and all the tvs changed to the games. Our appetizers came out quickly. Food came out in waves not to over load their kitchen. Very organized by him and we didnt wait long for anything. The team work between David and the others was unparralled.

Come to find out David has opened three restaurants in disney and this being his fourth opening. Well seasoned professional with his service and knowledge of the menu. You are very lucky to have him on your team. We would steal him to be our Manager in a heartbeat.

Icing on the cake would be that parking is validated for us too. Definitely a great place to dine and watch every...

Let me start off my saying that Katherine D is 10/10. My friend and I came here to catch up and watch the game and have a good time but it ended up not being the best time. We got seated and it took someone one 20 mins to get our drink orders. Kat took our table bc she noticed that no one was tending to us. This is my second time here and this happened to me the first time as well. I didn’t complain because I get it, sometimes we are busy and we have a bad day but a second time…. Our drinks took for ever to get to our table, asked for a manager and they didn’t touch the table till about 30 mins after asking for him. He came and apologized which is fine but what really did it was after being inconvenienced during our visit ( late greet, late drinks, drinks messed up) there was not one accommodation offered or the late drinks taken off. I never look for things like that or do I complain but I’m not feeling welcomed here as a customer. Want to give a 3rd...
