Allow to preface, I can be a bit snobbish about my Italian food. I lived in Italy for several years and can be particular. In the years since I've tried Italian in many different cities around the country and while not always disappointed I can't say that I've had anything close to authentic.
Beccofino, I can only speak for the bucatini cacio e Pepe and the arancino, but they were excellent. The pasta is fresh and flavorful, clearly made the right way with pecorino Romano and lots of fresh pepper, and no cream. Arancini are difficult to find outside of Italy, and they're never very good or are bastardized beyond recognition. While served as an appetizer I can say the owner of Beccofino nailed it, it's crispy outside and the right flavors inside, while adapting the recipe to the availability of local ingredients.
