McDonald's — Restaurant in Fargo

So I live close by to this McDonald’s and I stopped in today and it was kinda busy but it was lunch time when I walked in so it’s to be expected, I waited about 10 minutes until this nice wonderful cashier came up to the register and took my order, I tried my best to be quick and not hold up the line for too long, then I paid for my food and sat down, then I got my food and it was actually better at this McDonald’s than the one in my hometown ever was.

But I wanted to give a shoutout to the nice friendly old lady who I think is the maintenance lady, I kinda got a bit of a surprise by her asking me if I was done with my 2 empty boxes of large fries and the fault was on my end because I had my headphones in and I reacted a little scared and i should’ve been paying more attentionI hope she isn’t angry at me, I wanted to let the manager of this place know that I absolutely enjoyed my experience here and that old maintenance lady served me with friendly inviting customer service and I really do appreciate it!

I don’t know what the old maintenance lady’s name is but if the manager of this place finds this review, you had a good employee who checked in on me and that maintenance lady did just that! I was impressed by the nice friendly service at this location! I work at Walmart and I sometimes check in with customers whenever they’re looking for something or need info or input on something and it’s fair if someone checks in on me. That’s an important part of customer service and that old maintenance lady delivered that better than I ever could! She did an amazing job checking in with customers!l and keeping our franchised locations of places we all love to eat out at

If I could I’d rate this place 9.7/10! And that’s a compliment! I’d definitely come back for another order of fries and a drink in the future! Would definitely recommend...

This place went down the drain FAST. Was very nice a while back. Now however, some "big shot" pencil pusher decided he or she can make more money if they give exactly what the computer says a person needs for napkins. It's like they issue them to you. No drink station, no salt and pepper either. Ok, ready for this?¿??? NO KETCHUP at all I'm the dining area. Better check your bag! Better be prepared to wait more! Better be prepared for more walking back and forth. Oh, I almost forgot... Prices are up so why bother going there at all. As you can see I'm very upset with the no napkins thing. If you are eating in the dining area and get a glob of sauce from whatever, then you better have NOT used however many napkins they granted you or your in trouble. The genius pencil pusher that I mentioned before is gonna say something about how all you need to do is ask at checkout and one of his WORKERS will give another precious napkin. I STRONGLY ,DO NOT RECOMMEND! OR WIPE YOUR FACE ON THE WALL OR RUIN YOUR OUTFIT. CHEAP OWNER = CHEAP ALL THE WAY AROUND. THINK ABOUT THAT BEFORE YOU CONSUME A PRODUCT HANDED OUT BY A PERSON SO OUT OF TOUCH OF WHAT COULD MAYBE BE NEEDED. HE OR SHE DOESNT CARE! ...

Girl I came over here and this McDonald's was one of the worst I've seen, I was visiting North Dakota hoping for a great time but I was flabbergasted when I went to this Mc dounlds and they got my order completely wrong!!!! Also they took forever trying to make me mad because I stood my ground when they gqve me someone else's meal and my coffe had no flavor at, all they put in it was milk and it was half full and there was only one other person in the line so they have no excuse for taking this long!!! Also very rude workers giving me very bad attitude!!! 10 PEOPLE got there food before I did and I ordered first!!! After 30 minutes of waiting I finally got my food but they still forgot some stuff!! AND NO STRAWS! I AM NEVER COMING BACK TO NORTH DAKOTA EVERY AGAIN THIS EXPERIENCE RUINED THE WHOLE STATE FOR ME!!!!!! Also it was 60$ wayyy over priced!!!
