Work across the street, so I frequently find myself there. Been eating there since it opened and had such a terrible experience that I really don’t even want to get into. What I want to say is I tried avoiding writing a bad review by emailing them directly to let them know of my poor experience and a guest retention specialist responded with what seemed like a quick copy paste message which I can semi-understand in these lazy times, but what bothered me the most was the question, “To further direct your feedback, may I please have a photo of your receipt?” As if ANYONE that is going through a terrible experience is going to further get into it by asking for a receipt. More to the point a question like that just makes it feel if I can’t provide a receipt, did it really even happen? Is my complaint even justifiable without proof of purchase? In my original inquiry I noted the exact time I was in the establishment along with the item I purchased. Yet… to further direct… feedback… they need to see my receipt? Can’t just look it up in your accessible system? What happened to good customer service when people actually cared about making things right vs not caring one bit and treating you like dust in the wind. Shame really…...
Read moreMy personal experience was excellent. The gal who helped me was very friendly and personable. When I arrived, I was the only one there. I watched a few people come in and leave after I sat down because no one came out from the back to serve them. They missed out on a few patrons as a result. The salad was delicious. There is a large variety of vegetables. I'm certainly not going to fault them for not having Romaine (there were lots of signs indicating it was pulled for safety reasons nation wide), but it was missed. They served iceburg, spinach and kale. If you want to add a protein, it's an additional charge. You have a chance to sample them before you make a choice. The chicken breast was flavorful and tender. Wraps come with pita chips, and salads come with bread. I'm giving it 4 out of 5 stars because they lack blue cheese dressing, which I think is an important part of a salad. If you're going to serve blue cheese with the other variety of cheeses, you should have blue cheese as a...

Simple concept of a salad bar but really thought out well.
After you choose your leafy base you can literally top of your salads with nearly 100 sorts of toppings, fruits, beans, vegetables, nuts, cheeses, olives and more. All fresh and delicious and quality ingredients.
For the dressings they have two options for fat free dressing low calories, both are delicious and they will let you taste any of them before using it in your salad.
The Chipotle soup was also really delicious and very well flavored.
My one pass is the falafel, it’s not worth the $4 for the 3 dry cold balls of falafel.
The service was really great too. When I told the server it was my first time there, she explained the concept and that I can add anything I would like from the toppings areas.
The flavors were delicious and it was an excellent meal. If I lived in Fort Worth I would probably be here at least once a week for...
