Honestly, it was the best bed and pillows! I slept better than at home! Also, it was a very well taken care of condo. The A/C was COLD! I slept in the queen bed and my daughter & her husband had the King bedroom. The rooms were very clean! Tip: The A/C in the LR area also has a vent added to blow into the king bedroom, BUT!! Dont close the door to that room, it wont cool down too cool. Leave that bedroom door open esp at night and it will be very cold! 😁 The showers had very good water pressure! Toilets flushed very good too! They also had a decent supply of paper goods to get you started! The balcony was very nice and a good size! I liked that we had a code to unlock our door! Also Mr. Gary was a very pleasant person and on top of things! Answered his text and calls immediately! Even For simple questions! 😁 THANK YOU VERY MUCH! The pool and hot tub were clean and very nice! As far as the walk to downtown shops, its a good lil walk and with the incline, long as you are in pretty good physical shape, its ok. Now, I probably have one complaint, I drive a Ram 1500 truck, the turn in to their parking was NOT easy for me and to come out, you had to be extra careful!! Its very awkward. And driving up the hill to park close to the condo is kinda TIGHT! Esp in a truck! Getting in a space then trying to get out was stressful for me. Other than that, ITS A PERFECT SPOT for vacation! A great place to sleep and enjoy! I will definitely consider it the next trip! Oh one last thing, the price wasn't too bad, but its ALL the other fees added that makes it a bit higher cost. Overall its still a good deal and a great place to stay! We truly enjoyed it. I hope this review gives you peace of mind, in considering to book it, it’s truly worth staying there! Room was 310. 😁 we were there Sunday June 2 to Wednesday June 5th. And we got there 2 hrs early, and were able to get in early!! We were very thankful! Nice walk ways and rockers to view out from different angles! A lot of other reviews for the other rooms seem some to have had issues but in 310 it was clean and NO BUGS...

We stayed August 5-10 and it was one of the worst places I've ever stayed . We got there late Tuesday night and the elevator was out of service (which was not in service the entire stay) had to walk up 8 flights of stairs if we had to park at the bottom of the parking lot or if we were lucky enough to park at the top of the parking lot was 2 flights of stairs that got old quick every day we were there..... the pool was dirty and moldy looking someone finally halve way cleaned it Friday..... the room was nice though had a good lay out but the shower in the bigger bed room had only cold water they did get that fixed by the end of our 2nd day so only 2 cold showers if you like that sort of thing, the main bed room had no A/C so In August it was hot at night making it miserable to sleep in...... they knew we were there for a week but only started us off with 1 days worth of wash cloths and towels they were nice enough to bring us more but should have been prepped for the reservation.... they had my wife convinced that they would make it right but its been over a week since our stay and they haven't made it right yet but im not sure how you can make a week of walking those stairs every day and sleepless night on a family vacation right anyways.... it was a total waste of hard earned money...

Nice place with an amazing view. However, the undersides of the furniture and the bathrooms were not cleaned prior to our arrival. We found condoms under the bed, and used towels in the bathroom. Maintenance was able to arrive the same day we called, however, to clean the bathrooms and the fix the toilet that didn't flush. In addition, there were loose tiles on the balcony and a couple tiles missing. I think the lack of a central building owner contributed to these issues. If this was owned by a singular company, we may not have encountered these issues. The condos all have individual owners, so you have to figure out who owns your room in order to call them about issues. Still nice though, but I've stayed at better places. Also, beware the parking lot. It's not level, so some spots are a bit dangerous. Make sure your parking brake works. It was nice to not deal with the Gatlinburg parking...
