Fantastic experience. I'd visited a different company and bought a pair of Ariat boots- then i visited here. Found that the personal care and service provided at Boot Barn Newnan is exceptional. Day i walked in , store manager and district manager were present and they were very courteous, explained the services provided here as compared to the other brand store. Set me with another exceptional team member- Flo. I needed boot cut jeans 4 my Ariat's and she helped me with the right brands. My jeans size were more difficult to find- but Flo found Ariat jeans that fit perfectly, as well, showed me online Wranglers that'd fit well also- which I ordered. All together, exceptional group of employees at this store. Very courteous, and understanding with time even when helping multiple customers..definitely recommed...
