This is the most efficient McDonald's in America. I have traveled America.By far the most accurate,fastest service.Its is worth the drive in the Nashville area.From the time u order by the time you get to the window order is ready usually accurate....if not there is a third window.My favorite McDonald's anywhere....iusually don't do reviews either but this place is noteworthy.........I'm sorry this review stated out two weeks ago as the best McDonald's have ever been it's extremely hot here in nashvillle I work outside so today my drink had a extreme amount off ice and less beverage so I went inside to correct it the new Manger came up to me in front of customers and made a comment only during dine in you can do that....I am appaled and upset that this could not have been overlooked and at least handled with dicrtion....since September of last year I've have a min.of 10 per day here....do yourself a favor. and don't dare get a other dink when a poorly trained employee put 2 ounces of beverage in my cup.....the world is coming...

Talking about me because I ask the question why someone else was served before me when I was there for 2 minutes earlier especially since I was in a hurry. I politely said thank you and was respectful to the teenager that was taking the orders even tho she needed to learn how to respect the consumer. This girl knew nothing about customer service and I was reminded that our society and schools do not teach how to respect others even if you do not respect yourself. Read moreSimply put is the manager this morning has terrible customer service. They made an error with filling my order and she wanted to act like it was my fault. Ordered 12 donut sticks with chocolate sauce but only got 6 and no sauce. So I turned around and returned. She looked very unhappy that she needed to correct the order. Gave me my 6 extra sticks and started to walk away. I said I needed the chocolate too and she then informed me that they were out. This should have been mentioned at the time of the order but wasn't. Then she said that they sometimes sell it without chocolate sauce so no refund needed. I again produced my ticket and pointed out that it was sold with sauce and advertised inside and outside as "with sauce."
