Wendy's — Restaurant in Goodlettsville

My husband and I went to this wendys at around 6:42 we get there and wait about 5 to 10 minutes to order our dinner which I understand it was busy as I used to work in fast food but we waited about 30 or so minutes to receive our food we ordered 2 double daves burgers one with bacon one with out with baconator fries( the one we did receive was NOT FRESH AT ALL! It tasted like it had been there for a while) on both meals and I also had a potato with bacon and cheese for later we did not receive one of the baconator fries nor my potato I brought it up to the cashiers attention and all she said was "about that they gave the last potato to someone in drive thru can I replace it with a baconator fries" I said yes that's fine but waited another 20 to 30 minutes for supposed to be 2 baconator fries but got one Chilli cheese fry but it looked like it was nothing but beans and beef and water which is NOT what we had requested I left it on the counter before we left and she looked at it a few times before we did but did nothing with it I will not be going back to this location until...

I can only speak for the week day night crew.. Time was close to 9:30pm on a Wednesday.. When I pulled up to the drive through there was one car ahead of me sitting at the menu board and speaker, and he was just sitting there not saying anything so I thought perhaps he was making a decision on what to get then after about 5-7 minutes I hear over the ordering Speaker "sorry about that what can I get you" Gentlemen placed his order them pulls ahead and so I pull up and I was not greeted at all.. Nothing (Crickets) Then after about 5 minutes I here "what can I get you" So I placed my order then get to the pick up Window and then the young girl takes my money and so as I was waiting for my food the two girls working the Window and taking orders are playing on there phones and laughing at one another while the others were moving at a snells pace.. Total time through drive through was about 20 minutes..😟.. The neighboring McDonald's store could have knocked this order out in under 2 minutes.. Perhaps the Franchise Owner needs to visit the store...

I wish they had negative stars to give. One of the worst Wendy's ever. I am a male black and I'm saying that all the black women that work there are rude have attitudes, act like they don't wanna be there, just down right unpleasant people ever time I go it something cold food, no food, wrong food, and even though they have a cash register that counts everything for them, somehow I always get charged wrong, or don't have the correct amount of change, or just plan missing money. If you're on I 65 and you see Wendy's,. . . stop at McDonald's instead it a better choice, but if u do stop make sure someone else takes your order or ask for a manager to do it and if the manager is a black woman just pull off it not worth the money or the arguments just pull off I do. Last time I went I told the lady NO LETTUCE because I never get lettuce on my sandwiches but she I say no you didn't like I don't know what I ordered, just correct your mistake...
