Well I had been thinking about this sandwich all weekend. Only to arrive, order it and pay for extra chicken and about 5 minutes later, am told that the chicken needed for the Hot spicy chicken Italian is not ready. When I asked how long it would be, I was told an hour. But other hot chicken subs were indeed available, so as you can imagine, I’m confused about the chicken’s availability. Is it bc they already come pre seasoned? I see a bunch of Boars Head coldcut rolls, so again, enter my confusion as to why it would take an hour. Since I didn’t want to wait an hour I chose another sandwich instead. The service is great and the staff is friendly and accomodating, they even gave me my 2nd choice sandwich free for my inconvenience, which was a nice gesture. Outstanding employees! Delicious subs!

My husband and I went to this location on 3/19/22 around lunchtime. We've never been to Jersey Mike's before. From the minute we walked in, the experience was amazing. The staff greeted us enthusiastically, making us feel welcome and waited patiently while we looked at the menu. We ordered the Big Kahuna, regular size, one beef, one chicken. Both were delicious!

We went again on 3/20/22 around lunchtime. I had hoped the same employees would be there since the service was so excellent. They weren't but the new (to us) employees were just as wonderful and welcoming. We ate inside this time and they brought our food to the table and were very engaging.

Have eaten at other Jersey Mike's location's all around MD. This location seems to really think that a sandwich is all about the bread, instead of the more important bits in between the baked loaf. Ordered the Big Kahuna sub to find out I paid for fresh bread with enough meat for maybe a kids meal or a subway six inch. Highly dissapointing compared to when I ordered from this location about a year ago. Maybe it's cost cutting, maybe it's carelessness. I can only speculate as I drive a distance to another store location next time to spend my money on the Jersey Mike's quality to which I'm accustomed. I really enjoy the sub’s here, but yesterday I ordered a #65 and a #64, one having chicken and mushrooms and the other having just mushroom and cheese. Our order wasn’t right and received the #64 as a steak and mushroom somehow? We hadn’t noticed until after leaving the store so it’s a shame since my friend wasn’t enjoy her meal as she’s vegetarian. I usually enjoy the food but just a psa to double check your orders before leaving. It’s possible the person making it wasn’t aware the sandwhich was meatless but it did leave us with a terrible experience :(

Great subs at good prices ($16 ish for a giant (1400-1800 calories)), options for customizations and tons of predesigned classics. Service is pretty quick and there is ample indoor seating. Convenient location at Beltway Plaza mall. They also have chips and sodas. Ample indoor seating and they also have a restroom. We got the chicken bacon ranch (very good) and the Mike's Phillycheese steak (good but not a great representation of the original Philadelphia one).

For a nearly $20 sub, where's the meat?? This is not how you get customers to come back. Did the new ownership immediately put out a memo to start skimping?? Following up (3/24/25), I revisited this location, hoping my last experience was a one-off, and got the same order. I'm happy to report that this order easily met my expectations as to what I expect from JM. More meat(!) and a well balanced sub. Will return! Thanks guys!
