I am thrilled to upgrade my previous one-star review of Chick-fil-A to a glowing five stars, thanks to the incredible new team. My recent visits have been nothing short of delightful, and I’m so happy to hear the iconic lingo “my pleasure” from the staff, a signature phrase that epitomizes their exceptional service.
The new team has transformed my experience with their warm hospitality and attention to detail. Every interaction is positive, and the friendly demeanor of the staff makes each visit enjoyable. The efficiency and professionalism displayed by the team have renewed my faith in this location.

I visited Chick-fil-A at the Galleria mall, on June 28th at 09:22AM , but unfortunately, my experience was quite unpleasant. The staff seemed disinterested, lacking the friendliness and politeness that Chick-fil-A usually prides itself on.
Additionally, the efficiency of the service was notably poor. My order took an unusually long time to be prepared due to the cashier that took my order placed it under a name that was unrecognized. While one employee was packing orders, orders were not handed out until 7-10 other customers were waiting for them. They had the items ready in the bag sitting out for over 5-10 minutes as the staff congregated. After receiving my order, the employee was very disingenuous with the situation and laughed - going back to congregate with team members. The overall disorganization and lack of attention to detail made for a frustrating experience. Given the reputation of Chick-fil-A, this visit was particularly disappointing, and I hope they take steps to improve their service and efficiency...
Read moreBeware of ordering ahead of time on the app. Since using the app to order ahead of time, my food order is usually incorrect and since I catch it before I leave, now what I noticed today is that they gave me a faulty cup that is pricked all the way around so my drink spills slowly. I was wondering why my napkins were soaked after placing my drink on top. Video enclosed. This staff doesn't like orders ahead of time. They look annoyed when you show up to ask for your food and they've had to place it on their PickUp shelf. They should discontinue this service if it pains them and they're going to give faulty cups. That's unprofessional and a bad customer experience.
I used to frequent this Chick-fil-A as I was seeking to eat their salad more often. I used to walk up to the counter to order but sometimes the wait would be too long for the time I'm allotted for lunch. Since then, I've used their App to order food ahead of time so it's ready by the time I get there. As I've stayed above, beware of ordering ahead of time.
