If I can give zero stars I would. If you want to spend money on a mediocre place with terrible service , unprofessionalism book with them. The person that text me off of the inbox on their page is completely rude and needs to be removed from texting customers when it comes to booking section. They had the nerve to tell me to stop asking questions like Im not a paying customer. That was warning number one. They sent me a flyer showing that they provided unlimited guest, champagne, Birthday cake, and a birthday presentation. When I asked questions regarding the cake such as flavors ,what it will say, or simply if there is anything I can add to it they didn’t even help me when it came to that situation. Then I had questions regarding my section and they told me to stop asking questions because I’m overflowing the inbox but mind you I asked them two weeks prior and they left me on read. Then two days before my section I checked in to make sure everything will go smoothly and all I have to do is show up and pay for the bottles for my section and the person that is over the inbox told me to stop asking and just show up and have fun. I don’t know what that means because how can I have fun if I don’t know what I’m paying for. Then when I told them off, they apologize and said they would refund me, but I have never received a refund mind you it’s been two weeks. When I showed up to the venue, the people at the front took me to a section I did not pay for. I paid for the silver pack, but they took me to the black packet with less chairs, a small little table and when I ask to be moved because that is not what I paid for they had the audacity to catch an attitude like he is not a grown man. I should’ve known better when I was towering over him that he could do nothing for me. When I asked to speak to a manager, he acted like he had amnesia and didn’t know what that meant. Then I was getting loud with him because you’re not gonna play with my money nor time like I’m not having people come all the way From different states to celebrate this day with me. He finally let me talk to somebody and she was able to give me more wristbands, but by that time, my friends had already paid to come in. Then when it was time to pop the bottles, I went to the restroom because I didn’t know when they were coming out nor did they let me know in advance when they were coming out, so I thought I had some time to get myself together after what I had just endured. But as I was in the restroom, the bottle girls came out and didn’t even confirm They were coming out and popped the bottles without me even being in attendance. Then when I ask, can I get a redone because I wasn’t even here like how are you going to have a happy birthday sign with the birthday person not even sitting there. They told me that there is nothing they could do about it and I would have to pay an extra $200 just for them to wave a sign around with sparkler, not even including a bottle. On top of that I still did not receive the champagne nor the things that I was promised and they acted like they didn’t know what that meant and when I showed them the text, they did not know who I was talking to Like it wasn’t Off of their website. If you want to Have an awful time at the section with TikTok music and with terrible customer service. This is the place to book with. They would give you everything you didn’t ask for and make your experience. The worst you ever had. They did a very good job of making sure of that. Then the security guards kept coming around my table, specifically looking at my friends, making them feel highly uncomfortable and always kept checking up on us, but not any other table. Then when my friend put her head down for not even five seconds one of the security guards came running at us telling her she had to leave mind you she helped pay for one of the bottles so how are you gonna ask for her to leave? When this is also some of her section too. Overall, the experience was terrible and I would never book again. This place needs to be Shut down and...

I originally came to this place not knowing this was a whole new establishment.

Okay, so I went to the entrance, they do pat you down for safety which is good. But then there was a fee of $40, I asked if an artist was performing they said, "No" I was shocked, nevertheless I paid and went inside.

This place is a reservation place, not a big dance floor which means all tables will be reserved or you'll have to sit in the back where you can't see anything. The bar has swings on one side for people to sit. Besides that entry fee be ready to stand all night or find somewhere to lean on no empty seats available.

Now for the drinks the beers are a bit pricey $7 and the cocktails aren't bad they have all sorts ranging from tequila, vodka, and rum but they range from $12-$16. The music was a mix of old rap and new. I was entertained regardless of all that was available but for a $40 entry fee and no empty places to sit is ridiculous, clearly a greedy establishment. This does not give club vibes it is a bar with lights and music. You can walk down to Axelrad and go inside for free and get cheaper drinks. For one person be prepared to spend $200+.

I do want to note they have tons of security so don't worry about being harassed.

I really would give this establishment no stars, but you have to put at least one star to leave a review. 🤷🏽‍♀️ I flew in to Houston to celebrate my friend’s birthday, and we went to this establishment to celebrate that night on December 11th. She reserved a section through the official Instagram account and paid them the reservation fee. When we got there, we were told that she had no section reserved for her, and they just put some tables together in the corner and had her party sit there near the bar. They really didn’t try to compensate her or make it right. She showed them the messages between her and the person on their official Instagram account and everything. Still no help from them. We literally had to talk to them several times for 2 hours before we were put in a section. Then they brought out the bottles around 1:15/1:30 AM when the establishment closed at 2AM. Poor service. Poor management. And they like to scam people. All they care about is getting their money, not ensuring that you have a good time. They literally ruined...
