Only posting a review so others aren't misled by the other reviews for this restaurant claiming it has good food and service. In fairness I don't care about service in fast casual restaurants and the overall 2 star review is purely based on the food. Their queso is bland and flavorless as was the bean dip. The chips were stale and flavorless. The fajitas were shockingly bad as they are covered in a flavorless gravy substance, I think it might have been a concoction of chilies that are thickened but they totally lack flavor. The flour tortillas were not good, burnt and non pliable. The little bit of guacamole was fairly good. My daughter's had the chimichanga and a different dish they said was ok. The rice was the only thing that had any seasonings.

As for the service it seems as though everyone is working independently. Drinks were not refilled, no silverware or napkins with the chips or dips. My daughter's plate could not have been more chipped without maintaining a somewhat oval shape. Clearing plates took forever and no one came to collect the payment, leaving us to pay via a QR code?

Maybe it was a bad night but there has to be better Mexican food in the area because this was not good. At all. I'm not a fan of leaving negative reviews because the restaurant industry is tough, but we were misled by the reviews and should have eaten somewhere else if any of these issues...

We went here in a group of 14. We had to wait until our entire party was present before they would prepare our seating. Needless to say it was a bit of a wait. Mostly due to the size of our party the service started out very slow. Once we ordered the food came relatively promptly and at the same time. The salsa was delicious. The food was good but not great. I'm sure that would depend a little on what you order. Some in our party really enjoyed the fish tacos. The Chile Verde was ok but I was hoping it would be more tender and spicy but overall the flavor was pretty good. It could have been better also because the temperature of the food was on the cool side, it needed to be served hotter. The building is old and portrays some character. They had an NBA game on the televisions while we were there but the screens are small and not that great quality which made it difficult to follow along on the score. The one thing that will prevent me from coming back is the noise level in the place. It was very difficult to carry on a conversation and the building is not conducive for visiting with others. The service during the meal was good and our server was very attentive and helpful even with our...

My brother was in town and he ordered fish tacos and when his food was served the waiter said, "We didn't have fish so we just put chicken in there instead, that's ok right?" I mean... what? If you don't have the ordered meat you tell the customer and then they'll decide what to do. You don't just decide for them and expect them to accept your decision. So obviously my brother was taken back and said it wasn't ok but he didn't want to wait another 15-20 minutes for the food so he just asked to get a discount to compensate for the unusual decision by the restaurant to choose what he'll be eating. When we got the bill they deducted $2.... I mean that's almost as insulting as choosing his food. We didn't want to make a scene so we just left. I also have to say I got the fried ice cream and it was really gross. It's basically corn flakes on tasteless ice cream. My wife loves ice cream, I mean who doesn't, and she tried a bite and was grossed out enough to where she didn't want any more. I tried her cake and it wasn't good but it wasn't bad either. I mean overall it was just a crappy experience with subpar food. This was the second time I've been here and the first wasn't very good either. So...

I found Pachanga's on my recent visit through Idaho Falls. I was driving across the section of Idaho and even though I had to drive around the block more than once or twice I finally found a close spot to park. The place was very packed when I walked in, I believe it was a Friday night so all of the restaurants I passed were pretty busy. I was immediately greeted and was shown to a table as I was dining alone for this visit. They served me a bowl of fresh chips with some really good salsa and was happy to hear that they had Dos Equis (XX) amber on tap, plus it was a 22 ounce mug, nice and cold. et that I was taking u I had been driving all day so I decided on their Carne Asada. Enjoyed the food and a couple of beers and was impressed that the restaurant was taken up an entire table for four but myself. I believe my server was one of the owners, and I joked with her about my thought that she needed to take a seat and catch her breath with a margarita or cold beer. She joked that her crew wouldn't be able to keep everything moving without her assistance. I woul visit this location again if I ever pass through the area in the future.

Came here for their jazz night and ended up ordering dinner. It was a busy night, but service was pretty good. I ordered a glass of wine, and the wine was good, but the glass was dirty. My second glass of wine was much better. Staff would do well to check the wine glasses before they put anything in them. Their chips and salsa were generous, good, but nothing to write home about. I also ordered their shrimp Enchiladas with green sauce and that was the best thing of the evening. The green sauce was tasty without being overpoweringly spicy and the shrimp was cooked well and not overdone. Portion was generous in the rice and beans were tasty. The rest of my party all enjoyed their meals and so I would guess that any issues I may have had were a result of being busy and possibly slightly understaffed. Overall, this was a good experience, and I would definitely return! They have a great crowd for the jazz night, and I think it's fantastic that they are having this kind of entertainment in a small town.
