Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Jackson Township

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I have had nothing but issues with this Chipotle location the last 3 times I have ordered. The first time the food was stone cold, and my bowl was flipped upside down. The second time I made a group order for my work and after everything was ordered and paid for I received a phone call from the store telling me that they could not fulfill my orders as the grill was broken, so I canceled lunch with them (needless to say my coworkers were disappointed) the today a coworker and myself decided to give it another try. She called the restaurant prior to placing an online order, was told the grill was good to go and that we could place an online order. The estimated delivery time was 11:47am. 12 minutes after the order was to have arrived I received a call, from the store to tell us that they can’t see what we ordered and that we needed to tell them what we had. I did and it was go to go. I waited another 15 minutes (we work 6 blocks if that from the store but can’t leave to go get it most days) still no food. I called and was told well the DoorDash driver was her I told her to wait and she left so you will need to call DoorDash. I did that and was told they couldn’t send another driver to bring it to us so I would need to leave my job and go get it.... so I left and when I got to the restaurant I was shocked.. the place was a mess. Trash in the floors, spilled liquids of some sort in the floor, line out the door, people waiting on online orders. I got my order and left after waiting another 7 minutes. Once I got back to work I found that the food was cold (go figure) and when my coworker and I starting eating it when found that it was heavy seasoned and was super spicy. I went in with my 9 year old son (very hungry) and my mother. We had not ordered a chipotle in three years sbd when I went there it was a bit unsettling to see an unkempt place. I overlooked it thinking since it’s almost the end of the day for them, it’s a good idea to just buy something quick and move on. My conversation with the server was following : Me: hello! Server: stares at me Me: (asking my kiddo) what do you want ..him giving it a thought. (Server still staring at me.. making me a bit nervous now) Me: (to the server) sorry we are here after a long tome so a bit lost. Can you help us with what could be something quick for us to order (just trying to make small talk) Server: I feel like I am about to pass out Me: what! Am sorry?? Server: (pulls down her mask) Server: I feel like I am about to pass out Me: (very confused) oh! Are you ok? Why don’t you sit down. May be someone else can help me! You must rest (she has like 5 people around her) Server: no one can help. By now am not sure what to say. And my son and my mother are lost because they haven’t heard this conversation (it’s kinda loud in there) Me: (walked to the manager) you must take care of your server. She’s about to pass out. Manager stares back at me. Looks like he has lost the game.

This place was catering to many people at this time. I left the place leaving sad, confused, pathetic, cheated (of my wish to eat a simple quick dinner). I will never go back here. But may be they don’t...

DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT GO HERE. If I could give this zero, I would. I placed an online order entree and kids mean- the kids meal was a chicken quesadilla…. With no chicken. Whatever we didn’t have time to go back. Go back again to give it another chance. Not only was the chips missing with the kids meal. But my whole meal was messed up. I was missing items on the bowl, I paid for a large chips and Queso and got a regular size, my sister niece and mother had a half their stuff missing on theirs that night. Next to NOTHING in the bowl. When we went back, and requested our meals remade since so much was missing- they STILL missed the chips and queso which cost over $7. When I went back A THIRD TIME they tried to charge me AGAIN for them. I stated no, I did not get it I won’t be paying. I already paid online. And what I would assume is the manager picked up what was missed and THREW the missing items at me. In front of other customers. I went there THREE times and finally got my order done, yet I had chips thrown at me. THREE TIMES to get the order done. It should have been done the first time!!!! DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT GO HERE.
