Would give zero stars if possible. At 89 degrees outside, I had not been sweating at all. As soon as myself and my preggo walked in we were greeted by a wave of heat and within seconds were both sweating.
Last I checked ice cream is supposed to be cold, and the building safe to inhabit for consumption of said supposedly cold ice cream.
But alas, this was not meant to be. Not this day.
I will elaborate by saying whoever the manager is at this store should be embarrassed by they state they left it to their employees in. No air conditioning, melted tubs of gloopy ice cream that the two poor girls were told to keep selling, watching them try to mix soup was horrifyingly entertaining as you could tell from the looks on their faces they knew better than the manager that the ice cream should have been thrown out by that point.
And to top it all off, missing ceiling tiles and live 120volt AC wires hanging out of the ceiling haphazardly attached to a light fixture sporting an equally haphazard attempt at choosing a bulb to put in it.
Ended up grabbing ice cream from the freezer to satiate the pregnant beast beside me whom was enraged by the heat that was unpleasantly on par with a giant stinky dog breathing into your face while it's 110 degrees outside.
Will not be back to this location, our future ice cream ventures will be had down on broadway where the ice cream shops owner actually has pride in their establishment and is not just worried about...
Read moreMy partner & I came in on our first visit to get Ice cream and the gentleman that took my order was very condescending and rude. I didn’t think he was going to even take my partners order. I am never one to place the race card however he defiantly acted like we were beneath him and we were a huge inconvenience even though we were the ones in the store. I tried to give the place a second chance and ordered and paid online. I went in to pick up the online order alone and the same gentleman gave me lots of attitude and was rude again. Two other customers came in and picked up their personal orders didn’t have to show anything. I try to pick up my personal order and he demanded to see my order. I tried but I can no longer support a business that allows employees to treat...
Read moreMy wife & I always order a Coldstone cake for our birthdays. They were so delicious in the past. The problem is now the price has gone up for the 8 inch cake which is the large to $36.99. We understand costs have gone up but the height and width of the cake has drastically shrunk down. I just bought a cake this past week for my wife’s birthday and now the amount of ice cream and ganache has also been cut in half. The photo on the website is false advertisement when it shows the old amount and size of the cake. Very disappointed and won’t be back unless they go back to the original portion that we used to receive. I wrote corporate and I am awaiting...
