On March 28, 2025 I placed an order for pick up for a foot long meatball sub and cookies and a drink. When I arrived there was 1 person waiting for her food to be bagged and 1 person that was actively getting there food made. I waited off to the side to allow the workers to finish up and one of them an older woman asked me rudely are you here for an order I said yes for (my name). She huffed and puffed away and a younger girl stated she would start making My order. When she was making my order I stood back because the gentleman was still in the front and I did not need to be there in the way because she knew my order from the receipt. When it came to getting my drink the older woman then looked at my receipt and then said loudly I don’t even know what the “freaking drink is” then asked me rudely is this for a DoorDash I stated “no it’s my own personal order” and then she rudely handed me a cup and pushed me my order WITH NO RECEIPT ATTACHED. Not even a sticker was placed on the meal. When I got home there was only 6 MEATBALLS on the sub I called the restaurant at 7:10 to let them know that I was missing two meatballs from my foot long. I spoke to a girl named “Tori” she apologized and said to come back tomorrow and get a new sub even though I lived 25 minutes away I said okay. The next day I come in I stated that I was suppose to receive a replacement order the manager rudely caught an attitude and said it was subways policy that she could not replace the order without the receipt or without the sub, I said if I would have known that I would have brought it back because I spent my hard earned money on it and I want what I paid for even though it’s wasting my gas because I don’t live close. Tori made no mention on bringing it back she told me to bring the receipt which was not given to me !! I had the online order receipt. I then asked the manager could she review the footage to see my order she said she didn’t have the time even though no other customer was in the store at the time. Read moreVery poor service, I did a DoorDash order because I didn’t my car to go pick up sandwiches. So I ordered 4 foot longs which was pricey. Upon getting them 3 of the 4 where not made right, I specifically asked that one have “light” Mayo and of course it was drowned in it, plus had topping I did not want, then there was another one I selected salt pepper oil and vinegar and it was covered in Mayo and was supposed to be on Italian herbs and cheese and it was made on wheat, I ordered mine not toasted it came toasted and dry hardly any sauce. I call to tell a manager and I am told she is the assistant manager and they won’t have a manager in until Wednesday, then after I explain this she says the only thing I can do is refund you if you bring them back at which point I explained I did DoorDash for a reason her very poor customer service skills said well that’s all I can do! WOW with today’s technology we can order food online and never see anyone to deliver it but can not send pictures for mistakes in service or anything. Read moreThis is the absolute worst subway ever. I stop on way home sometimes and go through the drive thru. It is such a huge burden for anyone working to take my order and make my sub. Takes upward of 15 minutes to get two subs. So tonight I went in at 808 pm there is 52 minutes before they close mind you. I ask her how she is doing not the other way around. Doesn’t even answer me. What kind of sub can I get you?? All that comes out of her mouth. Irritated the entire time she’s making my subs very unpleasant ordering food from someone like that.
