9/10 customer service the guy was very friendly also based on other reviews and the fact that they are willing to refund and try to fix peoples issues is so great since you don’t see that with many business . 😁

5\10 for food i got a carmel crepe and personally i was not a huge fan because the price, size and taste. since it was $10 i think it was to small for the price, cause you can get bigger fresher crepes for same price. although i think this is a small business so i’m not super upset but i wish they made it fresh and cheaper. i may have just ordered the worst flavor or maybe i didn’t order enough topppings to balance out flavors but i just did not like it compared to others i have had. anyways i feel like customer service is important so i think they deserve 7/10 and not hate to the business cause i bet their corn and other crepe flavors are good ! 😁 (i changed to 5 stars due to customer service since i was wrong about...

We love elote and were so excited to hear about this place! The gentleman at the counter seemed to not speak English well (which gave me hope for a great authentic corn) but made the ordering process a little more work, another worker came to help move us along. You pick all your ingredients and they were not generous with them. They look nothing like the advertised pictures. Corn was water logged as well. Ordered the Birthday cake rolled ice cream, which is supposed to come with whipped cream and gummy bears. I received none of those items and when I asked for whipped cream the employee said it was going to be a dollar extra.
