So- I got my first ever Pandora bracelet for Christmas ( OBSESSED WITH THE CHARMS) I was a little girl screaming inside. My bf did his best with getting my wrist size right but it was a little big but I thought no biggie, he gave me the gift receipt and said to stop by before this date ( JAN 28 and my birthday was that week so it was a treat yourself thing to finally have the time to resize my bracelet band). so I stopped a week before excited to fix get my wrist band resize? It was my first stop walking into Pandora and let me tell you.. How disappointed I was no one tried to help me or said : hello welcome" that didn't bother me as much as when I showed them my bracelet The person who attended me she was blonde and wore glasses and she said this is worn - we can't do anything about it sorry and looked the other way. And I said is there anything you could do it was a gift and the reason I did not come sooner was because it was holiday season/ the new year lots of busy events/ I did not have time I came before the date on the receipt. and to be honest I just felt very sad it was just very unpleasant energy. No energy to help, no energy to solve a solution. My bracelet of course is not in perfect condition I have worn it for a month so the only solution she gave me was to buy a new everything I was like .....ok. I don't think I will return back to the physical store. Might just stick to buying...

I’m only taking the time to write the review so people think twice before walking into your store. Pandora at Newport mall was a nightmare for me. No one greeted me when I entered the store , after a few minutes of me wondering and looking at the jewelry finally someone said I’ll be with you after 8 minutes and taking care of customers and going in the back to get her manager , they both said that they weren’t able to calculate the price because it was too much for me as to I ask what was too much. They both kept saying it was too much. They discriminated and treated me as if I couldn’t purchase the jewelry I wasn’t even able to see the necklace. They both assumed I couldn’t afford their jewelry, and it was too expensive for me . According to the manager her name is tamika, when I asked her name she refused to give me the name at first.
I no longer will give my business to them . Instead I found great people of course their competitors White Diamonds. They are nice , the jewelry there is real and if good quality no need to keep replacing your bracelets or necklaces because of durability issues. White Diamonds do have genuine jewelry, they offer great customer service from the moment you walk...

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Pandora in Newport Mall and I can't speak highly enough about my experience. From the moment I walked in, the store manager was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to help me select the perfect bracelet and charms that suited my style and preferences, making the whole process enjoyable and stress-free.
What truly stood out, however, was her remarkable professionalism. During my visit, an irate customer began yelling at her, which was quite unsettling. Despite being screamed at, she handled the situation with such grace and composure, never allowing the negativity to affect her positive attitude. It was impressive to see how she remained calm and focused on providing excellent service, even in the face of adversity.
I must admit, I was ready to yell back at that customer out of frustration, but the store manager's professionalism reminded me of the importance of maintaining composure. Her ability to keep the atmosphere friendly and welcoming made me want to return to this store for all my future jewelry needs.
