Driving and I see FUSION Hub FOOD truck in a random parking lot. Used to be a Gyro truck not to ling ago. SO I drop in and ask a person I see if its any good. It was the 22yr old owner. Amazingly well spoken polite young man who walked me through everything and was glad to answer any questions I had. Told him to order for me. The rice mixed with the arugula lettuce and their sauce was above any rice dish I've had in years. Sorry to say they forgot my meats, but if I can gobble down a large rice bowl and want more, the seasoned meats can only make it better. This place is a sleeper and worth a stop. The cream sauce is a mix of a Mexican tamotillo guac salsa and taziki. Great punch of flavor and spice and its creaminess made it all come together. Anyways check them out.
