I put in a mobile order 10 minutes before arriving. I got there at 1:10, noticed they were busy, and waited for my drink. I got a notification from the app that my drink was ready but was not to be found by the mobile pick up area. I gave it a few more minutes before asking in case they were finishing up my drink. At this point, I was there for 10 minutes and had put my mobile order in 20 minutes ago. I tried to get the worker's attention but every time I made eye contact/went to say something, the worker would quickly walk away or pretend she didn't see my attempt to ask about my order. Customers ordering in the store were getting their drinks before me at this point. Another 10 minutes went by (mobile order was put in 30 minutes ago at this point) and the worker finally came by the mobile order station helping other customers find their drinks. I still had to quickly get the worker's attention as she was about to walk away when I approached. She finally asked for my name and what I ordered. I kindly explained to her that it's been 30 minutes and was wondering if they received my order, thinking maybe it was a problem on the app's end, only for her to grab my drink that was sitting by the drive thru station for the past 20 minutes. She grabbed my drink and gave it to me without any sort of apology for the wait or mistake made putting my drink by the wrong station and did not offer to make me a new drink (as it was noticeably watered down at this point). The sticker on my drink said "IN STORE" so there wasn't a mix up on my end of the app either. Definitely disappointing and am not one to quickly write a negative view. Read moreExtremely frustrated I've had a rewards card with Starbucks for close to ten years now Go into to get a drink and it was Ice milk instead of a frappuccino. Had to get on the interstate for a meeting . Called talk to somebody they said if I could come back they could remake it I'm already down the road. She said well you can come back tomorrow and have it remade. I said may want not want to use it then can you not just put it back on my card as I am have a rewards member.
She said they are not allowed to do that but she would write a note in the office with my name to give me one of the coupons for a free drink. Which really wouldn't be free because they just giving me the one that they messed up. Go back in today of course nobody knows what's going on there's no note left nothing to verify that and the girl there says will we can remake it I go that's not what I was told . Read moreThis store needs new management and better training. I say that because I never have and problems at any other store, and we travel all over the country. When I would order my grande coffee they would make it and give it right to me but now my wife fell in love with the Strawberry/Acia lemonade. Now when I order a grande coffee and a lemonade refresher they make the coffee and I stand at the end for them to make the lemonade all the other stores do a great job. This store does not and it has happen several times. Today I went in and ordered a coffee and lemonade and went down to wait, it took longer than usual and they set the lemonade up and turned around. I waited for a while and finally went back up there, the baristas are moving back and forth purposely not making eye contact. After a minute or 2 I said a’hum , and the girl who was standing 2 feet from turned and asked what are you waiting on. I pointed to my coffee and said my coffee that has been sitting over there for a long time. I get to the car to drive the hour drive home, hoping to enjoy a cup of coffee.
