Worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant!! I purchased a market salad, original chick fil a sandwich and frosted lemonade for lunch today. The sandwich and lemonade were fine. However, there was something with the texture of a piece of glass or granite in my salad. I immediately spit it into a napkin and brought it to the attention of the manager named Scott. He did not apologize or offer to replace it, instead he called security to take a report. As a visitor, I didn’t know if this was the standard in a casino or not when reporting tainted food, so I waited patiently. After about 10 minutes, I approached the manager again. He again told me security was on the way. Another 15 minutes later, security appears with a crime/incident form. They asked for my ID and asked me to write a statement. I told him that I am not comfortable completing this form and providing my personal detailed information and asked why was this even necessary to report a food incident. Next, Scott slips away leaving without offering a resolution. Now I am working with an manager named Patrece who tells me that they can’t offer me a refund because 90% of the salad had been eaten. Actually , 90% of it was still in the container. At any rate, I asked if they were going to offer a 10% refund then and Patrece said no. They even stood there combing threw the food that I spit into a napkin looking for the object that was obviously chewed into pieces now. Now to add injury to insult, Patrece three my salad away without even offering another one. Hold up!!!! I paid $9.29 for this salad so it now belongs to me and she throws it away!!!! Honestly I feel is a little pricey but I don't mind because I believe you pay for quality.😉 Time was okay.. at first the person taking my order was friendly. But at the window is another story she didn't great me and really rushed me. .. my window wasn't working so I apologized that I had to grab food from side of door. The lady looked at me and looked away kinda rude ..made me feel really stupid after that she gave me both my bags and I accidentally dropped the one with my fries all over my feet. The lady looked and rudely laught and went away from window . When she came back I asked if there was any way she can top of my fries since half of them feel on my dirty floor . I didn't ask for new ones I just asked if she kindly top them off. Read moreChecker was professional. Tbe one seat and table that was available was dirty. A blonde woman engaged in a loud conversation and spoke to me very rudely and cleaned the table. The seat was also dirty. I asked her to clean it which she did with an angry attitude. I waited a long time for my food. When it finally came as I am trying to eat a black woman continually interrupted me harassing me. Then i told her to get rid of her to go fetch me a refill of the watermelon mint lemonade. She wanted me to give her $5 for her to do so. I told her no and that I would give her $3.00 which I did. After some time I got the drink and some coins in change. All in all I felt that it was a totally unpleasant experience. I do not like being approached in this manner. If I need additional help I will flag one of your people down.
