Sultan’s Grill Las Vegas — Restaurant in Las Vegas

We went here for lunch since walking distance. They advertise to be Mediterranean food but it is far from. The guy at the counter was the rudest person I have ever dealt with we had 10 people with us ordering lunch and he treated everyone like trash. I would never allow this to be the face or my business. As we waited for our food we all agreed that if you can have someone so unpleasant and unprofessional working the front then the food must be amazing as why would anyone come back. We were all greatly disappointed. The food was awful. The meat was over cooked and dry. The Greek salad came with ceaser dressing. We will never be back. This is sad seeing as we just moved our office downtown. I have not heard one person say they enjoyed this place. Highly recommend you order tacos or pizza that are 5...

I got a gyro and fries. Came up to $16. At first glance it looked good but honestly it didnt taste good. The white sauce was flavored heavy with either dill or whatever that seasoning is. Didnt taste like any tziki sauce I ever had. Wasnt a fan at all. The fries looked seasoned but oddly had no flavor. The gyro meat was good but there was only diced tomatoes and onion in the gyro. No lettuce no feta cheese. The pita bread was still cold despite me seeing him put it on the grill so Im guessing it just needed more time. The customer service was top notch though and the establishment was very clean. I personally would be open to trying something else because of that, but it’s no for the gyro and fries...

I stopped going to the Sultan's Grill quite a long time ago because I thought their food was not that good. I decided to give them another try and the food was much better - as a matter of fact it was quite tasty and fresh.

What I DIDN'T like is that they charge you 3% service charge for credit cards but they have no sign posted to apprise people of this. That seems like a bad oversight to me. If I had known this, I probably would have paid cash.

Lastly I ordered some hummus for my chicken shawarma wrap, paid for it, but when I got home, there was none to be found. Details, details.

Overall they're doing better though but they still need to work out...
