When we walked in with our 1 year old they told us it would likely be 30-40 minutes till food would be out. We accepted that, got a table at 7:05. We didnât get offered a high chair or booster, not a big deal but we would have liked the opportunity to ask for one closer to when food came but didnât get a chance as all the wait staff was scarce. But pretty busy at the bar. Whatever. Anyway appetizer came out in 15 minutes. We consider that to be timely and weâre very happy with that. We picked the easiest thing (chips and dip) and it was what we expected. Then it took a turn, we were in too deep, the appetizer had been consumed. Every 15ish minutes she kinda just walked by as we were taming a wild turning feral 1 year old that had a timer that we believed would be fine based on the timeline given. Boy were we wrong and boy were they wrong. We had to take him out a few times to calm him down. After the food came it was moderately warm and the fries were hot at 8:15. He was appeased the pregnant impatient wife was appeased. We got done eating in not time at all. Done eating by 8:25. Sat there for another 10 minutes before we were able to flag the server down to ask for the ticket. While paying they mentioned that they were sorry they had a bunch of mobile orders come in and those take first priority in the window.
So any dine in patrons get whatâs left of their time. Just so anyone thatâs gotten this far understands, if you dine in you are last in their eyes for service.
Itâs taken me a couple tries on their service, but tonight was the last straw that I finally left a review. The promised time lines to find out we just kept getting bumped down the list.
Unless they offer some sort of really good apology, that was the last time we dine there and this will be a story to share at coming events when people want to make small talk. They say good publicity earns you 3 new customers and bad loses you 10. Well you probably lost 3 tonight. And weâll work on the other 7 after this...
Read moreI have visited this specific Buffalo Wild Wings (which I will shorten as BWW) multiple times. My experiences here have been quite hit-or-miss. Sometimes the service is fine. The past few times my service has been extremely poor. There is another BWW in the area and I recommend that one over this one. I gave two out of five stars because of the few times the service has been fine. The service has never been exceptional, nor have I ever felt that staff has tried to do that for me. What really caused me to edit my review is the fact that during my last visit I sat for over ten minutes with an empty glass and the waitress did not come and visit the table. I could see her wandering the restaurant, sometimes entering the back for a few seconds then walking back to the front. Multiple times she would walk towards our table (and what I imagine was the rest of her section) and she would abruptly turn around without ever checking in during the meal to see how the food was. Seeing the other BWW stores I have visited, this is the only store where I have had this happen on more than one occasion. As a former wait staff employee of a different major restaurant chain, I have to say that a lot of the problems I have had were easily fixable with just a bit more attention and my table never received that. I did bring up on this last visit my issues and the managers did not attempt to make things right. I do understand that I was not entitled to that, but I felt that there was no effort made to retain me as a customer, and therefore is the reason why I put the effort into this review. The basics of a meal are important and this restaurant is severely lacking...
Read moreThis franchise is starting to fall apart. Came in with my family for dinner after a show. Got seated very quickly, that's about the highlight of the visit. We placed our drink orders waitress left without asking if we wanted any appetizers . She came back we asked if we could get an app in ahead of our main order while we decided on what we were going to have. She came back a few minutes later and we placed our main order. Appetizer came out, 3 minutes later my wife's side salad, street tacos and fries, along with my side order of totts came out. 10 minutes later my 15 pc boneless wings came out and my sons "tenders" and fries came out. I say "tenders" because these were just boneless wings. Didn't realize it until I overheard our waitress take the order of another table that today was BOGO on wings. Appetizer(onion rings) had been sitting in a warmer drawer. Were overcooked. Totts had been sitting in a warmer drawer. Glad they coated them in a pound of dry rub. My boneless wings were overcooked and dry. 50% breading. Street tacos had no flavor. When it came time to pay we were told to use the QR code on the table, it didn't work, system error, so we had to flag down another waitress to catch ours so we could just pay the regular way. If your going to push your customers to use a non standard type of payment process, there shouldn't be any issues with it. Either way you look at it, the overall experience at almost all BWW is roughly the same. The brand is falling apart and it's easy to see why other competitors are doing...
