We are the proud new owners of Woodys on the Boulevard with a new name and new staff and some new menu items! We would like to offer all the previous customers to come back and give us a try. We have read over all of the reviews and some of them seem to have had a bad experience with the previous owners and management. For that we apologize. Terrible business. Purchases fundraiser cupons for here with no experation date. Then the place catches fire and closed for a while. I finally get around to going to use my cupons only to be told they are no good and it wouldn't be fair to others who got them more recently caus they have an Experation date. That's not my fault or problem. You took my money and refuse to provide a product. As a business suck it up and treat your customers better. I will never be a customer here ever again and will be sure everyone I know and talk will know of this bad...

I love their hoagies, but they have the worst customer service. We have been customers there for almost 2 years now. My husband ordered regular italian hoagies the same way he does every time, but this time he ended up with 5 hoagies with bologna on them. He called them, and do you think they even attempted to make it right. NOPE. They told him they couldn't do anything. I love wasting $40. I then called to find out when their store manager will be in. I was told Thursday from 12-1. Seriously. They just lost a customer....
