Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Logan

I've haven't frequented Jimmy John's that much in that past, but the manager was AWESOME when I got my sub delivered minus a topping. Turned out it was the App's fault - which is completely out of the management's hands. After we figured out the problem, I told him not to worry about it, and we figured out a way to correct the mistake on the App for future orders. He said he'd Deliver a replacement sub, and it came in less than 10 minutes! I was blown away with this above and beyond customer service.

In addition, on the rare occasion I decided to hit up the drive thru on my way home, the manager actually called me to confirm I was picking up my sub since I normally get them delivered. Who else does that?!

Aside from that, our subs are always fresh and tasty, and delivery has always been super fast even when the app says it'll take a bit longer.

This Jimmy John's is my go-to now, and I've probably been to this location alone more than every other Jimmy John's in my life. Keep up...

We ordered food at a volleyball tournament today. They had missed 3 bags of our chips from our large order.

I had called our delivery driver, Kaylen right after she left and she brought them back to us along with 2 free cookies for the inconvenience.

About 15 min after she returned with the chips and cookies, one of our teammates had a medical diabetic emergency and was 46 and dropping fast. Her alerts were not going off on her phone or dinging her mom's phone. Thankfully her dad called and notified mom to grab stuff.

We were able to get the cookies to her in time before things went south to bring her sugars back up. This very kind gesture saved the day and prevented a very serious problem.

Always fast , super nice . When they where messing up my order a lot , They made it right with a credit . They also made my sandwich amazing for a couple weeks. Then sadly it stopped . All I order is a veggie with extra veggies and it seems every week they never give me extra veggies . I offer to even pay for it to make sure I get it . They don’t charge extra but they also don’t add it . So after 6 months now of ordering twice a week I’m sadly not ordering anymore . My only advice is if someone is ordering a veggie . Give them extra veggies . If the sandwich closes than there is not enough veggies . I have switched to logan hero’s . It’s 2 dollars more and I actually don’t finish the whole sandwich because it’s so full which...
