Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Logan

I ordered two Hawaiian BBQ Sliders from Tropical Smoothie, and this was easily one of the most disappointing food experiences I’ve had in a long time. The menu photo showed a well-assembled, fresh sandwich, but what I received was completely different. The sliders were smushed into shallow bowl containers instead of the regular boxes, making them look even worse.

I was so irritated that I went inside to ask about it, and that’s when they told me they were out of coleslaw and the proper packaging. They offered a refund or to remake them the same way, but at that point, I didn’t want to deal with it and took the refund. What’s even more frustrating is that the amount of pulled pork on the sliders was a joke—barely anything there. We’ve had these before, and this was nowhere near the portion we’ve had in the past. That issue wasn’t even addressed when I went inside.

Overall, this was incredibly disappointing. I’m from Vegas and grew up with Tropical Smoothie, and I’ve been waiting 10 years for it to come to Logan—only to have a terrible experience. Both of our orders came out the same way, so this wasn’t a one-time mistake. For the price, the quality and portion should be way better.

Please give a shout out to the awesome girls working after 3pm on October 22, 2024. These girls are amazing and they deserve some well earned praise. First there was a confusion with the order name pick up.They handled the mix up with so much respect, calmness and structure especially at a busy order time. First half of the great job girls! A bit later we went back for more food. There was confusion on how the coupon at the bottom of the receipt is allowed to be used. They respectfully and very professionally told me I needed to place those orders in the store if I used the receipts coupon codes in the future. I shop at this place on the Daily since I don't know who to talk to I hate to do this but I want to give 0 stars to the Rude Lady that works there she literally just threw my stuff was extremely rude I was polite and when she went to get the rest of my order she sent someone else to give me my order I let the other girl know how bad she treated me as a costumer , I love this place I just thing people shouldn't work in a place where they don't want to be, if the manager gets to read this I will kindly put a 5 star review once I get an apology from this girl ,the kind of attitude is unacceptable.
