Burgundy Room — Restaurant in Los Angeles

The bartenders who work at Burgundy are horrible and need to either be retrained or fired. In the reviews, I see people over and over again complaining how awful the customer service is. Both the bartenders from the night of 6/29/19 need to be fired immediately. I live a couple of blocks away and I will never set foot in this place ever again!!! The bartenders were completely in the weeds looking like fools and everyone was waiting like 20 mins for drinks. The couple next to me just shouted their order in the bartenders face so he made them drinks. I put up a beer asking for one to say I want the same thing and I guess the bartenders small ego was hurt and he said I was cut off out of nowhere. Then a friend of the bartenders threw a drink on the couple next to me and some got in my hair as well. When I told the bartender someone threw a drink on at least three of us he started laughing and walked away. I bartended for over a decade in several different states including Vegas and I have never seen anything as disrespectful as this by the staff in any club or bar ever in my life!!! Who is running this place??? The bartenders are horrible and lack respect for the customers as a whole. Who do these people think they are? Stay as far away from this place as possible. Nobody is managing these awful people and they need to learn...

Hands down best dive bar in Hollywood...granted the staff is like a second family to my husband as he has been drinking here since 98'. DJ's spin great punk rock tunes...bathrooms in true punk rock form are a force to be reckoned with (ha ha).

Since the installation of the booths there is a lot more spaces to sit. Over time this bar has stayed tride and true with down to the red lighting and stiff drinks served.

I hope management sees this, its specifically for Taylor. She was absolutely wonderful. Amazing customer service, very fast, clean, and kind. She kept her cool with multiple rude customers, remembered our names and our drinks, and was very accommodating.
