It's Thai Casual Dining — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I wanted to try a new place and I always walk by here so I stopped to check it out. I go to the register and a middle aged woman asks me if I am picking up. I tell her I would like to place a to go order. She points at the woman behind me saying she will help me. I say ok... The younger woman comes to the registrar after a few minutes then says she'll be right back. I waited about ten minutes before actually being asked for my order. Finally when I was asked I told her I would like to order the Spicy Eggplant she says " Ouuu that will take 30 minutes are you ok with that?" I said really with a very confused face because it's just vegetables. She said "yes we are busy." SO WHY NOT TELL ME THAT TO GO ORDERS WOULD BE THIRTY MINUTES WHILE I WAS WAITING THERE FOR TEN MINUTES. The lack of commone courtesy these days....

I went for take out. I ordered a Pad Thai and a Tom Yum soup. I asked the lady at the register if I should get a small or large for 2 people. She said definitely a large. So I got a large Tom Yum. The Pad Thai turned out to be not large enough to split, even though we did. I also got one iced green tea. The prices on their menu must be out of date, because my out-the-door bill was $48.08. And, to be clear, the food we were served had small portions of chicken, the pad thai lacked egg, and both parts lacked an overall heartiness that I've experienced at other Thai restaurants for much less. At the end of the meal, I found myself still hungry. I feel like I really wasted my money. Sorry, but I can't...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at IT'S THAI Casual Dining in Los Angeles, and I was thoroughly impressed! As a fan of Thai cuisine, I was excited to try their authentic and delicious dishes.

The atmosphere was easy-going and relaxed, with a cozy decor that made me feel like I was in a casual Thai eatery. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and our server was happy to answer all our questions about the menu.

What really impressed me, though, was the value for money. The portions were generous, and the prices were very reasonable. Overall, I would highly recommend IT'S THAI Casual Dining to anyone looking for delicious and authentic Thai cuisine in a relaxed and easy-going...
