I would it’s more of a 3.5 than 3. It’s one of the better overall options for quality/price in the LA Live area. It’s become our go-to option before any event we attend in the area, especially when you have a party of people who like different things. Good variety and the food isn’t overly salty like Yardhouse around the corner has become. The food is consistent overall Cons: Service. While the staff is very friendly. This location seems to be always be understaffed. Service is slow, took us about 5-10 mins after being seated to have the waitress come and address us. Another 5-10 mins to have water brought out. Additionally you have to ask about to have them give you the happy hour menu or else the staff will not mention it. Another thing is asking for accommodations like sauce on the side on things, in the case the ribs. It wasn’t accommodated by the kitchen. I’d easily bump this review up to a 4 stars if it’s improved The place is nicely decorated and I love the vibes. Although if you sit inside the music can be a bit too loud where you feel like you have to raise your voice to order or have a conversation. On a better day, I’d want to try sitting on the outdoor patio to eat and people watch. They may not have a big selection of drinks compared to other venues in the area, but I like their beers. Huckleberry IPA is a unique IPA option they have that I enjoy. Even though they don’t always listen, I really like the ribs here. Crispy and fall off the bone, put a thin layer of their bbq sauce and it’s great. Umami fries and fried and seasoned well. HH onion rings and Brussels sprouts are good, portions are small. I do wish there was more brussel sprouts than croutons and capers. Lettuce wraps are delicious though I wish the cucumbers were pickled more. This time it seemed it was just freshly tossed. Ahi Tuna bowl- refreshing and light. Easy to pair with other dishes or if you’re not looking for anything heavy Skip: Baja burger. It’s a mess and evrything just Dallas apart. Burger itself was cooked medium the way I liked it, but when it’s put together it’s a messy forgettable dish.

Our family had high expectations for this restaurant, hoping for a pleasant evening filled with great food, warm hospitality, and a comfortable atmosphere. Unfortunately, our experience was nothing short of disastrous, leaving us with no choice but to walk out before finishing our meal.

From the moment we stepped in, the atmosphere felt off—dim lighting that wasn’t cozy but uninviting, an overwhelming odor that wasn’t appetizing, and a general sense of disorganization. The restaurant was visibly unkempt, with sticky tables, dirty floors, and an air of neglect that made us question the hygiene standards right away.

We were seated after a long and unnecessary wait, even though there were multiple empty tables available. When we finally received menus, it took an unreasonably long time for our server to return and take our order. Despite our patience, the service was disorganized and inattentive. We had to flag down a different staff member just to get water, and even then, it was given with an attitude as if we were asking for something excessive.

When the food finally arrived, it was an even bigger disappointment. Every dish was either overcooked, under-seasoned, or outright cold. Some items seemed like they had been sitting out for a while, and the freshness of ingredients was questionable at best. We politely mentioned the issues to our server, expecting at least a basic acknowledgment or an offer to fix the problem. Instead, we were met with eye-rolls, dismissiveness, and an overall lack of concern.

What made the situation even worse was the outright rude and aggressive response we received when we calmly pointed out the most glaring problems—cold entrees, incorrect orders, and missing items. Rather than making an effort to correct anything, the staff became defensive, condescending, and unwilling to listen. It was as if they were offended that we dared to expect a decent meal and proper service.

By this point, the hostility from the employees made us feel so uncomfortable that we decided to leave. The fact that a paying family couldn’t even bring up concerns without being treated with disrespect speaks volumes about the way this place is run. The management, if there even was any, clearly doesn’t care about customer experience, and it shows in the way both the food and the staff operate.

For a restaurant that we were so excited to try, this was a deeply disappointing experience. The service was abysmal, the food was below standard, and the atmosphere was outright unpleasant. We wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, and we sincerely hope others read this review before wasting their time and money here.

If you value good food, decent service, and a welcoming atmosphere, do yourself a favor and go...

Food took over 40 mins with no check in after initial order of three items. I had to flag down a host. It was clear the ticket didn’t get put in as all tables who sat clear after us had all their food and were almost done eating. One order had fries they sent out onion rings, no big deal, just clear it was rushed and forgotten.

Mediterranean bowl had large ball sized overcooked rice clump amongst other clumpy overcooked rice chunks, was inedible and cold. They threw our orders together due to the wait which was appreciated, however $20 for a bowl that I could only eat the cucumber salad and the 5 small pieces of chicken was ridiculous ($5 more dollars to add extra chicken.. glad I didn’t pay more for what would have made it maybe a half of a chicken breast ). It had 1 and a half Kalamata olives... Seemed sloppily put together and seventy lacking, really rice heavy this time. Unfortunate, as I loved this dish the first visit I had. I’ve had a better experience there and this unfortunately has made it so I won’t be going back next week before the Kelsea ballerini concert this week or future events at Crypto.

Our Server who took my plate away could have obviously seen it was a full plate of clumpy rice. I had already brought up multiple issues and was over it at this point to bring up another as clearly the care just wasn’t there yesterday.

Bathrooms were filthy and empty of toilet paper, soap, seat liners.

No follow up from a manager at the end of the meal or even a slight offered discount sealed the deal on not returning in future. Table behind us got comp tickets for appetizers etc, unsure of their issues but was the cherry on top for us as we left empty handed with a fully priced bill. Luckily we had a coupon...
