I gave them 4 stars Because the burgers taste better than most fast food chains And their "king Burger" is one of the biggest burgers that I've ever seen and the pastrami sandwich is one of the best in town Because they grill their pastrami rather than steam it. Now let me address the esthetics of the place, As for the Western/vernon location the place is a total dump in a terrible neighborhood . the Adams/Crenshaw location is Slightly easier on the eyes , so if you're looking for a nice pretty building you're deffinetly in for a disappointment. it's definitely not the type of place you want to dine-in Which I'm sure is why they don't even offer a dine-in option , but that doesn't bother me I'm strictly there for the good food at an inexpensive price So I always order my food to go anyways. The downtown LA location is BY FAR the best looking one that I've seen , it doesn't look half bad Compared to the other locations and I wouldn't mind dining in at that location And yes they do offer a dine-in option at the downtown LA location( Probably because this location is the safest...
Read moreThey just opened a few weeks ago and are still unprepared to open for business. They couldn't make it to a kinkos to print up $5 worth of menus and the food was made like someone did not care. Onion rings had freezer burn and were not cooked all the way, the fries were over cooked and ended up being big toothpicks. The $12 pastrami chili cheese fries were worth about $4 and the few masterburgers ordered were not even made the same even though they were ordered as is. The soda is slightly flat, syrupy and tastes like they do not clean their machine and dispenser heads at night. You would figure a a restaurant that has multiple locations would know what it is doing but this place makes Hill Grill look like they know what they are doing. Don't bother stopping here - Meatzilla is a few blocks north and Jack in the Box with a bunch homeless people living in it is a few blocks south - both are...
Read moreI bought twice from this place, it was nice and the food was delicious. I decided to go a third time, I ordered a Arugula Salad. First it was that they didn’t have the arugula so they asked me if I wanted kale and I was okay with it. I asked the order to go. Once I open my container salad, the kale I wasn’t fresh and it smelled old, I asked for ceaser dressing and they gave me some old oil dressing, ask for no tomatoes and it got a bunch a tomato on it and worst of all they took forever to finish my order, never going back there again and also I took my coworker and they took a long time to give him his order too. I am very disappointed. I asked my coworker about his order and he said it was soggy and the turkey was slimy. This place just lost 2 customers and a...
