If you’re a true poke lover like me, you have to check out Pokéworks in Hollywood. I stopped by recently and had an awesome experience — not just with the food, but the service too. Vice (yes, that’s his name – V-I-C-E!) helped us out and he was incredibly kind, patient, and made sure we had everything we needed. Big shoutout to him!
What I really appreciate about this spot is how authentic their options are. I’ve been to a lot of poke places that try too hard or throw in random things like Hot Cheetos (??), but Pokéworks keeps it real with high-quality ingredients, traditional toppings, and super fresh fish. You can tell they care about flavor and presentation.
I built my own bowl and was blown away by how many great choices they had — from classic tuna and salmon to all kinds of mix-ins that actually make sense for poke. It hit the spot and then some.
Definitely a go-to if you’re in Hollywood and craving poke done right. Will...

The ambiance was warm and inviting, and gentle music that perfectly matched the theme. We were greeted by friendly staff who made us feel welcome from the start, offering recommendations without being pushy.
I started with the signature works Pokè bowl Spicy Ahi tuna. Which had Ahi tuna, cucumber, sliced onion, edamame, Sriracha Aioli flavor, masago, green onion, bursting with flavor.
I’d highly recommend Pokè Works to anyone looking for authentic Hawaiian food in a cozy, relaxed setting. Whether it’s business lunch or dinner with group outing, it’s a spot I’ll...
Read moreFound my new go-to poke spot in Hollywood — and let’s just say, my taste buds are still throwing a party.
Fresh is an understatement. The fish was buttery, the toppings were generous, and the build-your-own bowl setup made me feel like a sushi chef with commitment issues (in the best way). I went with spicy tuna, salmon, mango, crispy onions, seaweed salad, and that dangerously addictive house sauce. Chef’s kiss.
The place itself? Super clean, minimal but trendy — you can tell it’s made for both lunch breaks and TikTok food reviews. Quick service, good vibes, and portions that don’t skimp.
📸 Bonus points: the bowl looks as good as it tastes. I had to pause for a photoshoot before digging in.
If you’re in Hollywood craving something light, fresh, and flavorful — skip the tourist traps and come here instead. Hollywood glam, meet Hawaiian...
