Let me start by saying that Netflix's handling of Sonic X is nothing short of an abomination. As a dedicated fan of this iconic series, I am utterly disappointed by their negligence in not providing the third season.
First and foremost, Netflix claims to offer a wide range of content, promising to cater to the varied interests of its subscribers. However, when it comes to Sonic X, they have willingly neglected the desires of die-hard supporters. How can they expect us to remain loyal to their platform when they refuse to meet our simple request for the addition of the third season?
Netflix's lack of effort in obtaining the rights for Sonic X's third season showcases their utter disregard for Sonic fans. It is simply unacceptable that they choose to include only the first and second seasons, leaving a gaping hole in the show's continuity. For fans who have invested countless hours immersing themselves in the beloved characters and storylines, this incomplete offering is an insult to our dedication.
Furthermore, their seemingly endless addition of content that falls flat in comparison to Sonic X proves their inability to understand the desires of their subscribers. While they may prioritize other less worthy series, they conveniently ignore the passionate plea of fans who are yearning for the missing piece of Sonic X.
This isn't the first time Netflix has demonstrated their incompetency when it comes to understanding the needs of its audience. Sonic X should be a priority for any remotely sensible streaming platform wanting to attract and retain loyal subscribers. But Netflix, with its painfully slow response time and disregard for our pleas, has shown us time and time again that they are incapable of catering to true fans.
In conclusion, Netflix's refusal to add Sonic X's third season is a misstep showcasing their lack of understanding and respect for their subscribers. Their dismissive attitude towards the fans is evident and deeply disappointing. Until Netflix rectifies this situation and makes the entire Sonic X series available for streaming, it's safe to say that their service is not worth investing time or money into for Sonic fans or any avid supporters of...

Although a “fraud protected and monitored” account, Bank of America paid Netflix double billing for over 2 years using an old debit card that was cancelled while also simultaneously charging another newer active credit card for the same single service provided. Inexplicably, Netflix managing to get paid twice monthly through an expired credit/debit card plus a new active credit card for one service billed.
Once the mistake was discovered, Bank of America would only reimburse half of the double charged payments. Bank of America reimbursed only half of it for reasons not given.
B of A cannot protect me from thier own poor banking services. Corporate and personal bank accounts, credit cards and future SBA and mortgage loans were cancelled. B of A saved several hundred dollars of reimbursement but lost thousands of future dollars in legitimate bank fees, loans, mortgages. credit card interest, etc. after 28 years of being thier customer. They both have competition that is better than them.
I also cancelled the 15-year-old Netflix account permanently. Ironically, now the same identical double billing by Netflix is found on my significant others Netflix account. Netflix managing to get paid through an expired credit/debit card. She has permanently cancelled Netflix as...
Read moreSubject: Concern Regarding Subscription Price Increases and Restrictions
Dear Netflix CEO
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my growing concern and frustration regarding the steady increase in your subscription fees and the added restrictions on membership use.
I have been a loyal member since 2015, initially subscribing to the family plan at $8.99 per month. Over time, I’ve watched the cost rise significantly—now being charged as much as $25.00 monthly. While I understand occasional price adjustments, the current rate feels excessive, especially when compared to competitors who offer broader streaming options at a more stable price point.
In addition to the cost, the increasing limitations placed on how and where subscribers can use the service are becoming incredibly frustrating. A paid subscription should come with flexibility, not what feels like a list of imposed restrictions. These changes have made it difficult to enjoy the service I’ve supported for nearly a decade.
As a long-standing customer, I’m asking that you reconsider your pricing and membership policies. If no action is taken, I will have no choice but to explore other streaming services that better meet my needs—both in value and user freedom.
Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I look forward to your response and a...
