First, the food is delicious---if you don't mind it being freezing cold from taking so long to delivery. But, it's not just the food that's frigid--so too are the employees. If you order from here, I sincerely hope you don't expect any level of customer service--from delivery men through management, they're rude, unreliable, and, given my experience, really don't care about their customers at all. If you want Pizza Hut, order it from somewhere else. Do NOT waste your time or money at this one.....
The delivery man typed in the address wrong to his gps, but instead of admit his mistake, he continually called and had his manger call threatening us that we needed to come outside and get the pizza. We were standing there for 45 minutes, getting multiple calls from the two of them that became increasingly rude before he finally realized he was sitting at completely the wrong building. He was very rude upon final delivery (of the food that was now ice cold).
Called management and was told I would receive a refund within 2 days. 2 weeks later, still waiting.
Alerted district management and was told I would receive a call today to straighten everything out....still waiting.
Poor customer service seems to really just radiate through this entire structure......And for, let's face it, mediocre pizza at best, not really worth...

I had a very disturbing experience at Pizza Hut. I came in to pickup an order and wanted to pay with my gift card, however the machine stated that it couldn't read it. After several attempts from myself and the lady at the register, another employee (man with a beard) stated that he was not going to accept it. He mentioned something about Pizza Hut not accepting this gift card anymore, which I explained to him that it didn't make sense because I had just used this card about 1 week ago. This was a gift card that had been given to me for Christmas. At this point he became very argumentative and said that it didn't matter, that he was not going to accept it. I stated how I felt that it was unfair that I was being punished, and the store's problem was being pawned off onto the customer. This man became more argumentative, and offered no solution. On my way out the door this man yelled at me not to come back to the store. I have never felt so awful...
Read morePlaced an order thru the app, wasn't able to add extra sauce on the $5.00 deal pizza. This is normal. I usually contact the location immediately after placing the order and request the extra sauce and everything is fine. Suddenly this time it was a problem. The employee said it couldn't be done the pizza was already made, which was impossible. I explained I had just placed the order not a minute before he answered the phone. Argumentively, I was told nothing could be done. I asked if marinara sauce could be added to the order and was told I would be charged a $1.50 per pizza. I agreed and asked to speak with the manager and was put on hold for 20 minutes; the manager nor anyone else answered. I will take my business to a more customer...
