TLDR: disrespectful and negligent staff unfortunately..heard good things about the juice but not worth it if there isnt basic decency.
One of my coworkers spoke really highly of this place and suggested we go together and we went together on our day off and despite the excitement and enthusiasm we didn't get greeted we greeted staff whom one of which just stared and the other said hi and turned her back on us. note nobody was inside and we waited for 6 minutes for some help and my friend was curious on a drink and was trying to ask a question and said "excuse me sorry I had a question" no reply. just cold looks over the shoulders and a few stare downs. very odd and weird. she said excuse me again because maybe we were too quiet? even though we were the only customers inside. so we were leaving and we said have a nice day to be kind and thats when staff just said bye. It was unfortunate because I just moved to the area and it left a bad taste in my mouth because what would warrent that if nobody else was inside could've at least said "hello there ill be right with you" or even just a "id be happy to answer your questions id just like a moment to...
Read moreLocal Flow is hands down the best combination of healthy/clean eating with amazing flavors in all of McMinnville. My favorite smoothie is the Green Fuel. It combines all your favorite veggies (spinich, kale and avacado), your stand by fruits (Apple and banana) and stomach/gut savers (turmeric and ginger). Blended up with coconut water and ice, the end result is a delicious creamy green smoothie. Now, don't get me started on the food! Local Flow's rice/quinoa bowls are so mouthwatering. They leave you feeling energized, full, and sustained! My favorites are the 3rd Street bowl and the Thai bowl. And also try any of their toasts and you won't be disappointed. They are made on gluten free bread, sourced from a local bakery. My favorites are the Black Olive toast(homemade hummus with olive slices) and the Banana toast(honey, almond butter, and bananas). Most of their menu is gluten and dairy free which is great for someone like me who has a lot of inflammatory issues. I always leave Local Flow feeling like a million bucks! Thank you Local Flow for being so amazing! Our community...
Read moreUpdate: Appreciated owner refunding my purchase and sending thoughtful note. Here's a recipe for the "Diane's Delight" crepe that will save you the $12 plus tip you'd pay at Local Flow: some unripe avocado, a few leaves of spinach and tiny pieces of cucumber and pepper, 2 each olives and cherry tomatoes, 1/4 teaspoon balsamic vinegar. I don't have a recipe for the ice cold, gloppy "crepe" it came in, but your experience will in no way be lessened by its absence. The listed hummus was absent on mine, but you could add some to yours. Salt and pepper might not be a bad idea either. That would greatly improve on what I received at Local Flow today, which was the worst crepe in the history of all bad crepes ever. Service matched the food: cold, bland and...
