Poke OG Downtown — Restaurant in Miami

2/11/2024 I had the pleasure of being checked out by Aurora (sp?) this evening. I get take out or uber eats 2-3 times a week. Tonight was the first night I was charged the $1 for the extra teaspoon of soy sauce. Aururia told me she worked two days didn't recognize me, yet the chef did. I explained it was first time in two years I was charged and it was company policy,. The. she sat back down and continued knitting. I asked if that was also company policy and she said it was directed by the owner who was just in the store. I explained I would not return and I would communicate the wonderful customer service she provided on yelp. She then told me not to break my fingers in doing so. Additionally this is with the change in packaging since my previous review. Company going downhill quick, won't ever return Wouldn't want to disturb their staff from their knitting. Wonderful way to lose multi-time a week customers by charging $1 for teaspoon of soy sauce.

This is the 4th time that I try to give this place a chance, but I will definitely not return here again and my decision is final this time… I arrive at 2:00 pm on Sunday, September 3 to have lunch, as I do almost every day And it turns out that the clerk was sitting talking with another person and the most annoying thing is that he sees me arrive, doesn't say anything to me, ignores me and leaves me waiting for more than 5 minutes while he kept talking as if I weren't there. there waiting to order my lunch, obviously I left because of such disrespect from him as well as my person as a client, I have bought many lunches here and the treatment of all the staff is horrible, except for a short Latino girl who is the only one nice girl who has worked here since the persecution of my friends and me, it's a shame because what they are losing is customers, I leave this comment here so that before going to this place you think about it because you will rather have an unpleasant experience like me I...

Delicious poke bowls in downtown Miami! The food is always fresh and staff is friendly.

I usually order for delivery and my food comes well packed with no mistakes. I had also enjoyed lunch at their outdoor seating area.

So let's talk about the delicious food. You can make your own bowl by choosing your base, proteins and toppings or you can get one of their flavorful signature bowls. I usually get the Rainbow OG: tuna, hamachi, salmon, scallions, cucumber, bubu arare, tossed in spicy mayo served over rice but I prefer to switch it for zucchini noodles. Delicious!

Another very popular bowl is the Hybrid OG which includes salmon, tuna, cucumber, sweet onions, edamame, green onions, jalapeno, and fried onions tossed in spicy OG Sauce and served over brown rice. Great combination of flavors!

Vegan options are also available. I wish they had a bigger selection of toppings for the bowls, but the options they have are tasty and fresh.
