I love eating here for lunch, usually the staff is kind and polite, the food is hot and fresh, and always at a good price.
However, since they removed the $5 chicken sandwich meal from their meal-deal menu, I have had to order the BLT and remove the bacon and the cheese slice. I don't eat bacon as it upsets my stomach due to my dietary conditions, and I personally don't enjoy chicken with cheese on my sandwiches.
The last three times I have gotten lunch I have customized the sandwich to remove the bacon and the cheese, add smoky mustard, and keep the lettuce and tomatoes the same. All three times the order has been incorrect.
The first time, I had bacon, cheese, and smoky mustard, but no lettuce and tomatoes. The manager at the counter was very accommodating and gave me lettuce and tomatoes when I asked for them, even offering to make me a fresh sandwich which I appreciated greatly.
The second time, I had just bacon and nothing else. The young man at the counter happily corrected it for me by remaking the sandwich for me, which I was grateful for.
The third time, I was having lunch with my husband and they left off everything except the bacon and the cheese again. However instead of offering to correct the sandwich or even offering an apology, the gentleman at the counter shoved a plastic tray with lettuce and tomatoes in it across the counter with a sour look. It was extremely disrespectful.
Overall, I enjoy eating here and do so several times a week, and will continue to do so, but I am disappointed in the kitchen staffs ability to read an order ticket and fulfill...

Assuming that a mobile order would be right I pulled off from drive thru window (big mistake) as we pulled away my wife figures out we are missing a whole biggie bag. I park and try to go in and get corrected just to realize that it's 10:01 pm and the doors are locked. A employee clearly sees me but does not acknowledge me at all while she takes out trash. I stand there waiting for a good 5 mins before the drive thru guys comes out to hand someone else's food and explain my situation at the same time somebody else that was in drive pulls up claiming there food was wrong also. Guys takes down our complaints mentally and goes back in. Thinking that he is going back to get it I wait another 10 mins in 35° weather I finally decide to walk around to the drive thru window and ask the guy "did you forget about me?" His response "my manager says we need to finish this line first". The manager comes to the window and confirmed the response. I have words with him about being he before all these other people and how I spent almost 30 dollars and now the rest of my food is cold. I'm shrugged off and receive the rest of my food and 5 dollars and change about five mins later at the front door. I always have been able to go through the drive thru to pick it up but tonight they told me I could not because they were short staffed so I would have to come inside to pick it up which defeats the purpose of placing a mobile order. I don’t understand why they couldn’t just hand me my order. It’s no different than if I were to place the order at the actual drive thru. Plus the lady who spoke to me was not the friendliest person I’ve ever dealt with and had a little bit of an attitude. I understand that the employees can’t help that they’re short staffed but it just seems a little ridiculous that they couldn’t just hand me my food at the drive thru like they would if I would’ve placed the order. I just ended up canceling the order and going somewhere else.
Edit: If I could give this location a negative review I would. I have had to cancel several orders in the last few weeks because this location is either out of half the stuff I ordered or is not taking mobile orders because their machines are down or they’re short staffed. Then you have to wait a couple of days to get your refund which is irritating. Whoever owns or manages this location needs to seriously do a better job.
