Jaybo's Pizza & Grill — Restaurant in Myrtle Beach

Not impressed. Cashier had no idea what she was doing, didn’t know the menu and tried charging us almost $3 just for a cup of water. Ended up getting 1 drink to share between 3 of us instead. Ordered a salad, it was brought out to us with 1 plate and 1 set of utensils. Again, 3 of us. Had to go back up and ask for more of the missing items AND dressing(kinda expected that to come with or on a Caesar salad). Pizza was nothing special, very dry and parts of the crust weren’t fully cooked. Overall, wouldn’t recommend and we certainly won’t be back on our next trip to Myrtle Beach. edit Your response to an honest review of the service shows how completely unprofessional you are as a manager and how poorly trained your staff is. Pizza was as thin as paper and tasted like literal bread and cheese. Would not dine here again. Even drunk me wouldn't want this pizza it was convenient being across from our hotel (Springhill). The sweet tea was old and tasted like it's been just sitting for days. 14 inch pepperoni and one drink was 30$ with a 3$ tip I don't know why you tip when u order at the counter and get your own drink but I was hoping if I did the service would be better. 4% increase if you use your card and cheaper if you use your cash. Can only pay cash for ranch and it's 50¢ a tiny cup. The ranch tasted rough. It's shard with a ben and Jerry's which is fine but there lobby was gross on the jaybo side and no table was clean. I seen the reviews and still gave them the benefit of doubt...

We've had pizza from here both times while staying at the Breakers Resort. But quality seems to have declined from our first visit over a year ago. I don't know how you get away with charging almost $22 for a 14inch pepperoni that can't hold up for a night in the fridge.

I wish it was better, because I can live with the cost. The convenience of it being right across from the hotel is a big grace factor.

I'm usually not harsh on pizza places, I'll eat just about any kind. Even the cheap totinos square pizza you get for like $2 at Walmart, but what I had recently, was not good. And I feel like I would have been better off getting that totinos pizza and not what I did get.

Maybe I had a bad pie, but I do know I've had better from you...
