Starbucks — Restaurant in Myrtle Beach

If I could give them a 0 I would, based solely off the fact that their customer service is horrible. Myles the cashier stood there at 6:45pm, 15 minutes before closing and told my 6 year old son who had to use the restroom so bad as we had walked a ways that unfortunately it was cleaned and he couldn’t. He was visibly doing a dance. Really!?! The other two employees stood their with the mop and bucket as they continued talking. Then the other employee stated that there was a restroom across the road he could use. Not for nothing but your establishment is open for business and you refused him the restroom prior to knowing that I was going to purchase a drink. Needless to say we left with nothing. Myles and the other two employees need coaching on what customer service is. You want to make 15$ and hour and you can’t even provide a common...

This is a wonderful shop with amazing staff. I come in almost every day on my way to work and am greeted with a smile and a good morning. The staff now knows me by name and always has my order made quickly and correctly. There's two wonderful ladies I like seeing when I come in, they are on the second shift and you'll know them when you meet them even though they are Jamaicans here for the summer they always put a smile on my face. When my coworkers want a coffee I send them over to this shop alone because of how welcoming everyone is. If I could give more than five stars I would. I'd give this store alone all the stars in the night sky to be honest. Be sure to tip them when you visit and if you want they have a chalk board where you can write things on as well while you wait...

I never write reviews for big chains like Starbucks, but this experience was unlike any other, the short experience filled with tremendous customer service. I came in around 1:30 on Saturday, August 8th. When we walked in, the girl at the cashier immediately greeted us with cheerful remarks, and immediately my mom and I were ecstatic. She recommended us good ways to make the drink better, and the drink sure did taste better than the usual way we got it. Even with the face mask on, it seemed like she was always smiling and always in a good mood. 20/10 customer service from her, great...
