This place has always been a must-visit for me every time I’m in downtown Nashville. I’ve had amazing experiences in person — great customer service and delicious food. But today’s experience through DoorDash was a major disappointment.
I wanted to order the Spicy Chicken Deluxe Burger and customize it by adding mushrooms and jalapeños. Unfortunately, the DoorDash app didn’t offer any customization options for this burger. Since I also needed to make sure it didn’t come with bacon or onions due to dietary restrictions, I decided to call the store directly before placing the order.
The person who answered the phone was incredibly rude. I explained that I was happy to pay extra for the toppings, but the app wasn’t letting me add them. She cut me off, said she had a line in front of her, and told me to call back. I called again a few minutes later to try and explain everything clearly, but she wasn’t listening and kept repeating “just bun and chicken breast.” Before I could finish explaining my request, she hung up on me.
I ended up receiving a completely plain burger — just a bun and chicken breast — for $12. No toppings, no sauce, nothing. I called back, understandably upset, and she started crying. She told me her manager would call me (no one did) and that she’d either send a replacement or issue a refund.
I’ve seen a few other reviews mentioning issues with a front desk lady — not sure if it’s the same person, but the experience definitely lines up.
I will never order online again. This whole situation was frustrating and...
Read moreSolid burger spot near downtown and printers alley. They have beef bacon which is just as amazing as it sounds. There's no pork at all in their restaurant, and there's something super unique in Nashville about that. I got the fire burger with an extra patty and it slaps but get the fire sauce on the side because it's more of a hot sauce than an aioli. That burger would be better with a jalapeno beef bacon ranch rather than the "fire sauce". The fries are steak fries and pretty crispy and solid, onion rings are medium sized so not onion straws or a blooming onion at all. Their ranch was just okay. They do have malt vinegar and lowry's seasoned salt by the door and if you know, you know. My partner in grime got the beam burger and honestly hers was better than mine. They use charpiers bakery for the brioche buns again...if you know, you know. This is currently my favorite spot in Nashville for a burger. I double dog dare you to try it. They are open until 3 am and have milkshakes too. So for locals, traveling passerby, tourists or drunken pedestrian struggles after a late night bar bonanza hoping on Broadway this is likely the best option for food in the downtown area. I'll be back to see how their chicken sandwich stands up. The presence of a quality chicken sandwich is the mark of all truly great burger joints...
Read moreVery Unprofessional and perhaps rude. Can get a better service at 7/11.
I'd been a regular customer at this place for a while and recently their supposed "manager", tried to talk to me in private and said that i bullied the server. The bullying in question was my feedback to her about her english level as i was chitchatting, as a normal person does. I explained to the "manager" that it is her job as a customer service worker to handle positive and negative feedbacks professionally.
Not greeting properly, rudely saying "you know trash can is right there", rolling her eyes, and just missing the basics of have all been a part of my experience here. Previous server was a guy and never had issues like this.
The supposed manager, then started asking me very personal questions as to where i work and what I do. That is a very very unprofessional way to approach the customer about anything, as you are in the business of selling food and should be able to handle a simple "you also have an accent" comment.
Food was the only thing keeping me as a customer, but at this point I don't know what is going to be in my food smh.
After reading the reviews i noticed that it is a...
