Wow! I hope Eric sees this post… I wish I could give zero minus stars… what a buzzkill experience!!!! Been waiting for months/years to come see my favorite artist in the world’s bar, coming down from Minnesota, and the doorman & Manager totally ruined my experience from the jump… first thing the bouncer/doorman says to me before I attempt to enter the bar @ 9pm is - so what have you been up to?!? Which was shocking to be asked! And I’m like, well - I’ve been bar hopping, listening to live music, popping some gummies, having fun on vacation (like 1,000’s of others) - that is, until I just start getting interrogated trying to enter your very over priced bar which had about 20 people in it…
After the jerk of a doorman wasn’t going to let me in, which is absolutely crazy, the Manager comes over and says he’s just doing his job… no, he was being a jerk! I told him I was high, (being upfront, Eric does the same, smoke a little smoke, etc.) He finally let me in, and it was pretty dead in there, so I left after getting such a poor taste in my mouth… bottom line is there is definitely a theme in the Reviews about how terrible the the front door security is and it appears Management at that… this bar needs to remember you’re serving the Customer who’s spending their very hard earned money… very disappointing!!!!
Luckily, I went onto about 7 or 8 other very welcoming bars with extremely nice & jovial doorman and bouncers - I did end up really enjoying my night on lower Broadway! 😊
So… then I see the Manager on the street after the bars were closing, and he walked right by me and wouldn’t even give me the time of day to discuss my experience… absolute jerk!
Not sure why Eric would employ either gentlemen - who are employed to represent him & I’m almost certain he would...

Read moreMy wife purchased tickets for Choir Choir Choir who was performing in the Third and fourth floor entertainment venue. It was a clever act by two Canadian High School Music teachers that resonated well with those of us that grew up in the 80’s.
Considering I am a huge fan of Eric Church’s music, I was really looking forward to seeing his club for the first time so we went early to check out the 1st, 2nd and roof top bars.
When we entered the first floor, the music was so loud that I had to put my ear protection in and I registered noise levels in excess of OSHA acceptable levels. So we went to the second floor and it was a little lower but still unacceptable so we headed to the rooftop which was very pleasant as long as you didn’t pull a Morgan Wallen;-)
We had a great time but be prepared for ear damaging levels of sound. I would recommend this place for any injury attorneys to gain some business at Chief’s expense since they have created an ear damaging environment.
The design engineers simply did not consider acoustics when they designed the building, or if they did, they did a terrible job. The sound was tuned to the room correctly, but due to the absence of sound absorbing materials, people talking to each other at elevated levels while music is playing causes the sound engineer to elevate the music so the great talent they get can be heard. Hopefully someone involved with the Management at Chiefs will take action on this before they get sued for creating a dangerous environment without Morgan Wallen in...
