A Memorable Stay at Four Seasons Nashville â Football, Hospitality & Five-Star Touches
I recently stayed one night at Four Seasons Hotel Nashville to attend my team Al Hilalâs match in the FIFA Club World Cup, and the entire experience was nothing short of exceptionalâfrom the moment I stepped in to the moment I left.
I had booked a City View King Room via Prestigia.com and paid in advance. The check-in process was smooth, and the welcome was warm and professional. Iâd like to especially recognize Mr. Hovig Boyajian, the Guest Service Manager, who welcomed me personally, wished my team luck for the match, and made me feel genuinely cared for.
To my surprise and delight, I was upgraded to a One Bedroom Accessible Suiteâa wonderful and unexpected gesture that truly made my day.
Before the match, I had a quick lunch at the Mimo bar in the lobby and ordered the Mimo Burger (Prime Angus Beef, fontina cheese, truffle mayo, tomato, lettuce, onion, pickle). It was mouthwateringâbeautifully presented and served within 15 minutes. The perfect fuel to cheer for my team!
After the game, Al Hilal won and qualified for the Round of 16. When I returned to the hotel, I was touched that several team members knew about the result and congratulated me with genuine excitement. That kind of personalized experience is what sets Four Seasons apart.
Later that night, I tried to book a massage for the next day but found the spa fully booked. The next morning, Mr. Hovig once again came through and went out of his way to find me a 30-minute massage slotâwhich I truly appreciated.
At the spa, I was welcomed by a kind and professional team. Mr. AJ gave me a quick tour of the beautifully equipped facilities: lounge, locker rooms, showers, steam room, and treatment roomsâall immaculate and serene.
My therapist, Ms. Stephanie, delivered an outstanding 30-minute therapeutic massage using firm pressure, stretching techniques, and sport cream. She was incredibly professional, attentive, and skilledâher massage was both relaxing and effective in relieving tension from travel and match day excitement.
Lastly, a big shout-out to the valet team, especially Mr. Christian, who was very friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. He made every arrival and departure smooth and pleasantâand even showed support for my team!
This was more than a luxurious stayâit was an experience filled with thoughtful gestures, human warmth, and unforgettable service. Whether you're here for leisure, business, or in my case, footballâFour Seasons Nashville delivers at every level.
Special thanks to:
Mr. Hovig Boyajian â for his constant presence, guest care, and dedication
Ms. Stephanie â for the fantastic therapeutic massage
Mr. Christian â for his professionalism and energy at valet
I'll definitely returnâand recommend this hotel to anyone looking for true five-star...
Read more*additional update - the location of the hotel is in the heart of Nashville - but even on the 10th floor the noise from all the partying kept me up until 3am. If you are looking to party - this is your spot. Itâs like a living MTV spring break. If you want calm and quiet look elsewhere. I absolutely cannot rate this property low enough.
Was going to do three stars but dropping to two - and only two because of so many fantastic experiences at all of their properties. Long hectic travel story but needed to overnight in Nashville. I am extremely loyal to Four Seasons where available. In a world of chaos they are the calm - needs are anticipated and things just seem magical.
Not the experience at this property. Starting with pulling up to valet - it was busy - but usually someone comes to the car and acknowledges you and begins getting your bags. Not here. And when I asked the attendee - who had been staring at me - if there was a valet for the car - a kid came running - straight past my Ford rental car to the BMW behind me - as I was grabbing everything out of the back. I forgot to look rich before arriving apparently.
Check in - and yes this was a last minute booking - âsir - is it okay if the mini bar is not fully stockedâŚ.â I wanted to retreat to my room for some peace and quiet - so I requested that yes - please stock it. Before receiving the key - oh - not to worry - itâs stocked.
Arrive at room - go to make a much needed drink - not stocked. No big deal - Iâll just go to the bar - get dinner (havenât eaten all day) and have a nice drink.
Dinner at the bar - Nashville is a party town - and I love to partyâŚbut the Four Seasons is typically the escape. Iâve stayed at their properties all over the world and love this part of the brand. Not here. Over served guests - full blown party scene. Okay - I donât want to kill a vibe - I love people having funâŚbut was hoping for something at least a little chill. Letâs order a nice dinner and get back to the room.
The order - ordered caviar as a treat for a long and stressful day. 20 - 30 mi itâs later it arrives - it was served on ice that had turned into WATER. On the second scoop the tin of caviar was now sitting in water -
Every brand has its moments - I was wanting to see an amazing recovery from the staff. The bar manager who has worked at other properties fully understood how much they were missing the bar (pun intended?).
If you are used to the Four Seasons extremely serene atmosphere where you canât even think before needs are anticipated - this is not it.
If this is what the brand is evolving...
Read moreHello, we stayed at the FS Nashville and attended the Unreasonable Hospitality Summit. There was a table of FS executives in the conference so feedback is a gift and here is mine that left us disappointed in the entire experience: Front desk petite blond girl at check in was cold, unwelcoming and inhospitable. We arrived early from Toronto, no offer of water that was beside her for guests, embarrassingly we asked for water. We explained why we were here and also were going to go to the spa and we could hear crickets instead. We asked if we could talk to someone about our evening dinner reservations and instead of taking us to the mgr she pointed. She took our bags but no offerings on what to do. The whole process was disorganized as on the 7th floor we should have been provided a temporary key to get in the gym etc. embarrassing to keep asking to be let in. At the pool we ordered 2 glasses of champagne to be served in water glasses. Another server checked up on us and when we brought up the dissatisfaction of water cups for $60 champagne she explained they were running short and were saving for bottle service. Our room when ready was in a very noisy spot and the manager Kevin helped us move (thank you) to a quieter area but our new room was missing soap bars, dental kit and shaving kit that was noticed in the original room. In the evening we tried to order in room dining for pizza, the person on the phone said they couldnât make a NYC type pizza and didnât offer any alternatives and said they only have kids pizza. Just seemed they didnât want us to order at all so we left it. Our dinner was great in the main restaurant in the main floor we did a Chefs table pairing with wines. Excellent. Also they did customized menus but my husband who planned the surprise noticed there was items on there that he told them we do not eat so last minute the chefs had to create something. All in all, service and the details are lacking at this hotel. There was no WOW factor. Even upon arrival in the room no fruit and hand written welcome note given itâs a very unwelcoming experience. But do wanted to give a heads up to the valet (Christian) amazing people, spa is great (the mature women who was the spa Attendent so welcoming) and the servers during the conference were all friendly. One suggestion was to offer changes and tables for eating during breakfast as itâs hard to eat buffet food while standing in heels. Four Seasons has a rep of going above and beyond and out of all the FS we have been to in the world, this needs to get further training on hospitality and service touch...
