Following up on the response that was left on my post. I was not drunk. My friends and I didnt even enter your establishment to drink. We only asked about bowling. So to use that as your excuse is comical. Your venue was empty and upon me asking if the bowling lanes were still open, I was told that it was but they might close early. There was still over 45 minutes until this establishment was scheduled to close. I asked if I paid for a game, would they allow us to finish and was told he doesnt care. They would be closing soon. I was directed to pay inside for a lane from the guy at the bar and upon asking the same question, we were cursed at and told to leave. That is why I took the photo of the individuals involved. Its clear that your employees were wanting to close early. The problem was being cursed at just because I wanted to ensure I would get what I was being charged for. I was never charged for the lane because I refused to pay for a timeslot that wouldn't be honored. This place tried to charge me when they closed early. When I mentioned how the guy at the check-in counter wanted to charge me even though he couldn't guarantee me the time that I paid for. The bartender got mad proceeded to kick me out for asking about that. I would not recommend this place if it was the last place open on the strip.

Maybe it was because it was early but the vibe here during Monday lunch was - we don't want you here. The barkeep was not friendly, in fact our interaction was below minimal. Once the food was delivered, there was no how was your food... which I will get to in a minute. She did not ask if we wanted a refill, just filled the water and soda. My son was halfway through his meal and she asked if I wanted the check, I looked at his plate and answered no. Another gentleman sat down beside us and after a few minutes he asked me if someone was working ... as the bartender frequently went upstairs, leaving the few patrons downstairs alone. The security guy at the door also double duties as the mechanical bull operator, which meant he actually stopped a rider mid ride to cars someone coming in. The food- the fried green tomatoes had zero flavor. The pimento cheese topping was less than stellar. I made a quick dipping sauce with hot sauce, Mayo and a splash of ranch to make them palatable. The fries and chicken tenders were fair, nothing special. All in all we had an overpriced app and lunch meal, where the atmosphere was promising, and ungracious service.

First impression is still a big factor, despite what restaurants claim. This restaurant recently opened and I was excited to try breakfast for the first time. We were greeted warmly with excitement and our server was sweet, kind-hearted, and attentive. That's the extent of our positive experience. Unfortunately, the food was sub par. The eggs and meat were overcooked and the entrees were bland with no presentation skills at all. An over-medium egg should have some liquid yolk left in the middle; not hard and rubbery. I was skittish about the cook because he kept leaving the kitchen to chat and horse around by the lobby. Picking up boxes, trash, eating, messing with his hair, and runs back and forth to the kitchen to cook. I doubt he even washed his hands during the back and forth. The manager was in and out of the restaurant and was letting his dog roam free all around the restaurant. I love dogs but they are not supposed to be inside the restaurant. It is a health code violation. Anyway, I think these are learning curves for a new restaurant and I hope things get better in time. I will give them another chance.

Faced a racial bias very evidently at this place on November 8th. I had a friend visiting me from Indianapolis. We have been in the US for a while now and are well aware of the cultural practices here. We simply wanted to check out the clubs and have a fun Friday night. I read good reviews about this place online for its music. We grabbed a drink and were quietly enjoying the music on the rooftop space, not bothering anyone. There were other groups there, but I think we were the only people of color. One person from another group launched/threw their drink in the air, it fell on the floor and there was ice everywhere. Now, this would seem normal in a bar where people are drunk and just having fun so none of us paid heed to it. Next thing we knew, two security guards came up to my friend and I, and told us to leave. They didn't care once about what we had to say while I patiently tried to explain that it wasn't us but someone else (I also do not know what was their basis for blaming us in the first place if they did not see us do it). They refused to let us take our drinks, refused to let us take the stairs, and made us wait for the elevators alongside the other group. All this while I am thinking this is a miscommunication and everyone is being kicked out. When the elevator arrived, I was so surprised that they told only the two of us to go inside and they entered with us (like we would cause a scene or whatever). They did not say a word to or care about what the other group did. In the elevator, I was constantly defending myself when one security guy (who seemed old, short with a long and unkept beard) came up to me and said, "That was an American flag right next to where you were doing all this". This statement made it clear what was happening, and it took me a second to fathom this situation. We left without making a scene but was incredibly disappointed with this whole experience. Anyway, definitely not recommending this place to anyone and will make it a point to tar their reputation...

We made reservations for dinner here after looking at the website and seeing the amazing photos of the scenery and food. We were fully expecting a restaurant....but when we showed up that was not the case. First, even though we had a reservation.... the doorman ignored us as he checked IDs for the other 20-21 year olds waiting in line to go to what was apparently a dance club?! Eventually the host let us in as we went upstairs to the next host that was rude, snapped at me when I asked her about the table, and overall seemed bother and annoyed that she has to seat us. We were seated on the rooftop for dinner....which was in the dark, while the dj blasted and soooo many kids were dancing all over each other- all of them with no masks on walking around. The waitress spilled an entire drink on my friend and then didn’t show up back to our table for ages. The bill was super sketchy and the “loophole” made it super uncomfortable as they “explained” our extra things listed on our bill when we asked about the $400 we spent. Upon leaving, I went to use the restroom and it was absolutely disgusting! As I turned around to walk out because I could bring myself to use the facilities- I walked past a stall where an employee was sitting and peeing with the door open! The food was good and the music was fine....we made the best of the situation. Just a little disappointed with the service and the way everything was handled. Didn’t seem like we got the full picture or what was advertised and definitely not what we were expecting. If your looking for a club and party night out....sure! But if you’re over 28 you may be a fish...

Visited this place today. Sat on a table and 2 bartenders/Waiters never went to our table. I went to the bar and asked if we had to order at the bar and one of them answered "yes" (as people kept showing up, the other waiter went to the tables to take the order). So I ordered and one of my orders was very specific (nothing spicy due to health reasons) asked for a chicken sandwich repeated a few times to please not make it spicy. When the plate came the moment I saw the chicken I knew it was spicy and tasted it, and it was spicy. Went to the bar to tell the blond waiter and she said "it wasn't spicy" (with attitude) and I told her it was and that my girlfriend couldn't eat spicy food that was the reason I repeated making the order that please don't make it spicy. She then told me that if I didn't want it spicy then I had to have the grilled chicken (she should've told me that from the start). When I asked for my check, she gave me one were it wasn't telling me what they were charging me. So I asked again and when she gave me the check she was charging me for the plate that I returned. I asked for it to be removed, but they already had charged me for $106. When they did the void they charged me for $102 which made no sense since the plate was $16.99. Ended up noticing that the waiter decided to add a 20% tip. I am a waiter and you don't do that at all. The service was horrible for us. If I don't recieve the refund for that "voided" bill I will open an investigation towards the restaurant even if I have to involve...
