DraftKings Sports & Social Nashville — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

Well, if anyone’s looking for a place in downtown Nashville where the DJ thinks he’s king of the TVs, boy do I have a recommendation for you, DraftKings Sports Bar!

We popped in before a private Nate Bargatze event (which was amazing, by the way highly recommend Category 10 👏) to catch the last half of the Tennessee Vols game. Found two open bar stools (a miracle), asked the bartender nicely if we could put the game on one of the two TVs right in front of us …one was literally on a screensaver.

She said, “You can ask the DJ. He might be in a good mood today.” Spoiler alert: he was not!

I walked up to ask, and before I could even finish my sentence, this man grabs his mic and screams for the entire bar to hear,

“We do not change TVs for any reason around here! THANK YOU AND GOODBYE!”

I have never spun on my heels so fast in my life. If embarrassing customers is part of the entertainment, then hey, five stars for commitment. Otherwise, zero.

I’m sure it gets tiresome when people are constantly asking to change the TVs. Maybe a little sign that says “We don’t change TVs” would save everyone the trouble (and the microphone theatrics). Definitely won’t be back and pretty disappointed that this is what DraftKings puts...

I do not know where to begin to say what an amazing time that my colleagues and I had at Draft Kings. This was the last evening of busy all day meetings and we had a blast when we arrived here. The Draft Kings level of the building was perfect for our team of 65 to spread out, the food was outstanding, the music, the band we hired and so much more was just flawless. I had the privledge to work with Ms. Jarve and Maggie and I wish everyone that I have to work with in life was like these two amazing women. Maggie and I worked together on a more consistant basis and she was just wonderful. Very knowledgable, professional and so much fun. I felt like she was a family member by the end of our evening. Maggie was very responsive and kept me calm while planning this event. I highly reccommend this venu as you will not be dissapointed. The only sad thing I could add is that our event is over :( Thank you a million times over Ms. Jarve and Maggie. If I am ever back in Nashville I will definatley swing by...

My son proposed to his girlfriend across the river from Draft Kings. We had a private event after for close friends and family. 70 people in the back room and never felt crowded. Maggie set up the party for us and she was there to great us and finish decorating. Thomas allowed us to give him a slide show of pictures. The staff was awesome. Each guest was walked to the room. We had a host at the door and two bartenders. Also had someone that was there to run the event. It was awesome. The food was awesome and Thomas introduced me to the chef who explained again what was to be delivered and it was on the money. Turns out we could actually see the proposal happening from the clear garage doors which we were not expecting. So if you have family getting engaged near the river this is a cool thing. Our event was the perfect ending for our special day. Oh yeah they also gave us a code for discounted parking. Boom! Prob doing a graduation party there next!!!!! Thanks...
