Based off of customer service alone, I would never go back.
Hostess was rude. Stepped on my jacket and pushed the chair it was in when she could have easily went around the other way. Unnecessary attitude after not wanting to sit at the bar after she asked. Not everyone wants to sit at a bar just because you're party of 1...
Waiter brought the food out and it was already cold and didn't check to ask how it was for me to tell him - eggs were cold, sausage was cold to parts of it barely warm, and even the waffle wasnt hot. Same as the sausage. It was either warm or cold, and part was waiting for the waiter to come back so I could ask why he gave me the whip cream when he said the whip cream makes it spiked. I asked for the order not to be spiked and he mentioned the whip cream makes it spiked, and then brought it with the whip cream and dropped it off and left without telling me the whip cream wasn't spiked after asking when he finally came back around. The eggs and sausage was cold from the start because I ate that while waiting for him to come back around to ask about the waffle since I didn't want to eat it after he mentioned the whip cream being spiked and then dropping it off with whip cream... didn't finish the eggs and sausage either because it's not good cold and the waiter didn't care to ask how my food was anyway.
Didn't refill my drink. Waited for a refill and had half my waffle but didn't want to keep eating my food with no drink. So because I was waiting for a refill, he doesn't ask if I want a refill... just if I wanted the check. This place has NO customer service skills. Had to explain that I'm sitting here waiting for a refill, not waiting for my check... empty glass and half waffle and the rest of my food equals check to the staff here. I base my tips on customer service, so needless to say, it reflected the poor performance here.
The menu is about the only nice thing going for this place. Would not come back, and do NOT recommend. Any place can have a nice menu, but when the experience is trash, it's not worth going somewhere that they don't respect...
Read moreStopped by based on reviews and was not disappointed! It was very busy when I came around noon. There was an hour wait, but since I was flying solo that day, they actually got me in almost immediately. 1 may be the loneliest number, but it's definitely faster, I guess. Lol Staff was to the point, but they were definitely not rude. They were obviously busy and turning over a lot of tables. My waiter did provide recommendations, which was nice. I ended up getting the cinnamon roll French toast with sides of eggs and sausage. The eggs didn't have much seasoning, which is fine because I prefer I add my own salt and pepper anyway. The sausage was very tasty but did have quite a bit of gristle. I enjoyed the flavor but wasn't able to finish them due to a slight texture aversion. Not a big deal. The main course was absolutely decadent. I savored every bite and the flavors of the French toast, toppings, and syrup were all distinct, yet very complimentary. I highly recommend it. But be warned, it is dessert and breakfast in one meal and quite rich. Overall, it was a very pleasant and delightful experience. I'm glad I stumbled upon it while visiting for...

If you’re in downtown Nashville, Another Broken Egg is an absolute must! The breakfast here is nothing short of incredible. I was blown away by the Bananas Foster Pancakes—light, fluffy, and absolutely perfect. And guess what? They’re gluten-free! You’d never know because they taste just as indulgent as traditional pancakes.
I also ordered a chicken sandwich topped with avocado, lettuce, and tomato on gluten-free bread, and let me just say—it’s the best gluten-free bread I’ve ever tasted in my life. Adding a side stack of those pancakes was the best decision ever. We also tried an omelet, which was fresh and super tasty.
The service was top-notch—our server was incredibly attentive, and the food came out quickly, making for a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. The restaurant itself is bright, clean, and welcoming, with lots of delicious drink options to complete the meal.prices were so reasonable for the amount of food!!
