So disclaimer- I'm not a burger guru. Also this is my first trip to a Five Guys. Quick summary is that this was a disappointing experience. This is not a burger place that I would happily send friends too. I won't be back either. Now for the review. First- Is it worth it? I walk into here expecting an above average burger. In the likes of a Freddy's, Checkers, and maybe even Steak and Shake. All good burgers above Fast Food quality but nothing legendary. At check out I was shocked to see $9 for just a Cheeseburger. Roughly $17 for the meal with a small fries. Sorta shocked by the premium, but now my standards are raised. Surely this is better than the previous mentioned restaurants, better than some Mom and Pop burger joints, and par with most chain restaurants (Chili's, O'Charley's, TGIF, etc). Especially since $17 can get me a nice meal and many chain restaurants, including desert! What I got was some good fries, and an 'ok' burger. If it was $10 for the whole meal, definitely worth it. At $17, absolutely not. Second - Quality of food. Fries were good. Just thrown in the bag but that's a Five Guys niche. So fine. For the burger.... Oh that sad burger. I got the cheeseburger with lettuce tomato and mayo. The lettuce looked like the lettuce out of a garden salad bag. Not fresh at all. The patties were thin and processed. No Angus beef here, no home made patty. Just a regular beef patty that's grilled. The cheese looked and tasted like generic American Cheese. Even clumped up like it. Also the bun was a generic sesame seed bun. So in the end it's purely a generic burger. Nothing special, different, exciting to set it apart from McD standards. Hate so remind on price but remember, this was a $9 burger. Fries were good though. Third - General experience The place was clean. People were friendly and the free peanuts were a nice touch. Sweet Tea was watered down and drink machine had no good options which was a downer. Overall ambience was fine though. Final impression - As I said above, just disappointing for the cost of admission. While I was sitting down eating I wasn't thinking "Wow what a great Burger". Instead I was listing dozens of burger places I'd rather be right now then here. I'm leaving here still hungry but with no intention to spend more $$ for dinner. I could of got a nice steak from Longhorns.... Or shrimp pasta from Red Lobster. This was such a disappointing experience.

I was pretty disappointed... First, there are only a couple parking spots in the front of the store, impossible to use if you are driving anything larger than a small SUV. I found the parking in the back of the store, and the rear entrance, only to see a small sign in the door directing you to the front entrance. This means walking around the entire block, because unless you have been here before you don't know there is a small stairwell in the underground parking area (vehicle height limit 5' and some change). So, I finally made it inside, ordering was relatively easy, and I decided that while I was waiting I would try to move my truck to a space in front that had just opened up ( the very last space, or I wouldn't have tried). Mistake... Taken before I could get back around the building. So around the block another time, parking in the back, walk around the block, back inside, and my order is ready. One of the people building orders was more observant and noticed me come back in, but seemed put out when I asked for a side of mayo. Guess I was supposed to do that when I placed order. The burger and fries weren't bad, but definitely not worth the $14 I paid, before considering the inconvenience in entering the establishment. Service seemed comparable to McDonalds, except my order was correct. First and last visit here...thanks!

Used to love Five Guys - fresh ingredients and taste was great, with a good value. Idk what happened to them but nowadays it seems to be a mediocre burger with average to above average prices. They put signs up in the store boasting their being voted the “best burger under $6.” That must have been before the price hikes, because the cheapest burger you can get here is a kid’s hamburger with no cheese, and it’s still $6.10 after tax. I just ordered a kids bacon burger and fries and it was $15. Ummmmm.... voted best value?! 😂

Best Five Guys Experience Ever! Date of visit: 07/17/2025 at 1:05 PM

I just wanted to share the great vibes I experienced at this location. You don’t normally expect such warmth and enthusiasm at a fast food chain, but from the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a big smile and positive energy from the lady at the register.

She was friendly, playful, and genuinely excited to help us. She offered great suggestions, helped us decide what to order, and kept checking in to make sure we and the other customers were doing well. The rest of the crew was also incredibly kind and welcoming, making the whole experience stand out.

The place was clean, organized, and well-maintained — but what really made it special was the people. I’ve been to several Five Guys locations, but this one gave me by far the best experience.

I unfortunately didn’t catch her name, but based on my receipt, I believe it might have been Hajar T. — and I just want to thank her for her kindness. I was having a tough day, and her genuine care truly lifted my spirits. She made a difference!

Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for great food and...
