I think the owner/store does take into account all of the negative reviews because I see a positive change in the store from when they first open and now. First time I went around noon, I remember I was disappointed at how many of the pastries I wanted was out of stock and they aren't baking any more of them for the day. But I didn't leave a review because they only just open so I assume they must still be figuring it out. Plus, the pastries does taste great so I was still happy with what I got. Months later, I decided to go back and this time, every pastry that I wanted was in stock even at noon and I see the workers constantly coming out to restock the empty ones. I'm very happy to see this change and I do hope they will do well and stay for a long time. Plus I think the price is decent for the quantity I got vs. other bakeries that I have been to in Nashville that are way overpriced for the tiny amount! I hope the price will stay the same!
My favorites so far are the ham and cheese savory croissant, mango custard/cream bun, and all of the mochi donuts (flavored ones and the cream filling, taste best after heating for 10 seconds at home).
Note that I have been to several other branch of this in other states so I was very excited to hear one is opening in Nashville. However I can't stop myself from subconsciously comparing it to the others like maybe consider adding some noise absorption foam to walls to take care of super loud noise inside when crowded (it gets too loud for me to stay, gave me headache), and be more clear about parking direction and instruction on social media/website/Google map/somewhere that newcomers can easily find. It can be very confusing for 1st timers. First time I park at the gravel lot and we had to walk up flights of stairs in cold wind, 2nd time I found the garage next to them but I missed the sharp narrow turn in their designated spot that I had to do a u turn at the residential area so just drive slow and careful to look for the parking spots. Also, I hope the service will become more professional because I do see why some reviewers are upset at staff for chatting while working, it's just not professional. I think it's fine to chat if there's no one there but if you got lots of customers to serve at check out, please refrain from chatting and focus on your job instead, it just gives Paris baguette a bad reputation if this continues. I decided to overall give 5 stars because I do want to see this store be successful and last in Nashville so best of luck to the owner and I hope to see it...

I visited here last week and, as usual, parked in the lot at the bottom of the stairs. After purchasing $60 worth of bread and cakes, I asked to have my parking validated, but was told that validation is only for dine-in customers. If that is the case, I wish it had been clearly stated in the parking area. Since I was only shopping, I was probably there for just 15–20 minutes. In that case, I would like to know what the proper parking procedure should be.
We are so happy now we have Paris Baguette in Nashville. When we go to the big cities such as Boston, Chicago, San Jose or Las Vegas. We try to find Paris Baguette there. My daughter who is 16 years old is really a big fan of their bread. The bread is actually Asian/European style. You can try cream filled bread, donuts, croissants with cream and fruits, sausage bread etc. Our favorites are king cream donuts and curry donuts. Donuts with curry? It is so good and perfect for lunch. My house is not quite close to the restaurant but I will try to come so they will stay in our town!
Their parking lot used to be located in the same building where the restaurant is but now the parking is behind the building. It is easy to access but we were a little confused when we came the second time. I will put the picture I found at the previous parking lot. It is 125 11th Ave N Nashville. You can park there 2 hours. There are staircases to get to the restaurant so if you are with anyone who is difficult to climb, I would let them get off the car in front of the bakery then park...
Read moreAfter a night of drowning my feelings in wine and unsolicited group therapy (read: me sobbing into a cheese board while my friends told me Beau didn’t deserve me… accurate), I woke up with a hangover. But not just from the alcohol. From feelings. And there’s only one cure for that kind of emotional whiplash: carbs. Pretty carbs. Decadent carbs. Enter: Paris Baguette.
Now, I’m not new to this love affair, I basically keep the Phoenix location in business with my pastry addiction. So walking into the Nashville one felt like coming home, if home were filled with flaky pastries, artful desserts, and enough sugar to momentarily erase your worst decisions.
We loaded our trays like we’d just come off a three-day hike and hadn’t emotionally spiraled the night before. Croissants, tarts, something with cream cheese and mystery fruit, a few rogue Dubai chocolates for the drama, and of course, coffee. Because we’re not monsters.
If you’re going to cry about your ex, at least do it over a flaky almond croissant and a cappuccino that reminds you there’s still beauty in this cruel,...
