Pullman Standard Bar — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

I did not try their food menu. It smelled delicious! I was only interested in their whiskey selection. I was ably assisted by Ian and Kyle at the bar - really great guys. I had their Tennessee Whiskey flight and learned a few things, not just from the whiskey, but from Ian and Kyle as well. They know their stuff. Then they told me about their Pullman Vermouth - a special blend of various delicious vermouths. I couldn't resist and insisted that they serve me a Manhattan. It was delicious. I highly recommend it.

Went for the first time today with a friend and we both throughly enjoyed our cocktails. We each had two drinks, but shared so we got to sample a total of 4 and there wasn't one I didn't like. I'm not a person who is usually blown away by craft cocktails. I feel like 9/10 times its just a Manhattan with a fancy description (or some such dressing up of a classic). But I really enjoyed these cocktails. They were delicious, well balanced, beautiful to look at and interesting. They also smelled good (like really good) which is something I don't normally get from cocktails. We also shared an order of their focaccia which honestly I would go back just for that. The Pullman Standard is the epitome of service and experience you are dying to search for in a big city like Nashvillle. The drinks are excellent and food recommendation was great. A date night with a loved one, or casual drinks with a friend, the Pullman will not just meet, but exceed your standards. Service, like this doesn’t exist as much nowadays, and we’d gladly recommend this place to anyone willing to listen.
