I asked for extra butter and this is what I got, Half a pound of butter. The food is good but customer service from the men behind the grill is terrible. This morning a man who tried asking a question received such an attitude from one of the men behind the grill. He told him he was busy and he had to wait his turn to order just to ask a question. The man just wanted to know if they made burgers rather then having to wait on that long line to get a "no". Of course the man waited and was told they dont make burgers for breakfast and wasted his time. On top of that the man was frustrated because the man gave him such an attitude and waved him away.. NOT NICE AT ALL. I received an attitude because I wanted extra butter the man was so upset he slammed my roll on the counter when it was ready. Clearly something is wrong here that these workers are so pissed. The amount of butter he gave me is truly a joke and was clearly done on purpose. Why are these men so bothered when asked special request. Horrible horrible service from those men. The girls at the cashier are sweethearts and the food is good but the men behind the grill terrible! They also told another man to wake up because they called his order 2x before he responded.. such a shame because so many people who work in this area enjoy this place. This may turn a lot of people away. They need to keep in mind that there are way too many options around to continue returning here. Bread and butter...

I've been a customer for 6yrs most days 2x a day I work long shifts.Today i go in to get a sandwich I was offered a premade.one that was obviously no where near fresh. So I asked can I get one made with no mayo and put on the press. The cook looked at me with a death stare and mumbled in spanish. He then proceeds to make the sandwich while telling if I ask for a sandwich by number I can not alter it .I can't omit mayo or cheese.thats how it is.I tell him that's not true customers have the option to choose how they want their food.I don't like mayo or cheese.he proceeds to mumble some more in Spanish which I also speak & understand.I tell him I heard what he said and if he was having a bad day he should not take it out on customers. He started getting loud at which point I raised my voice as well.told him to simply make the sandwich it wants a science project. He then challenge me & said I don't play u don't know me.I told him now it's time to speak to the manager before he got hurt. The owner/manager tried to play the I don't speak English routine but quickly changed when I gave him a few choice words.i then to him to check his employee the deli.counter.because if I boycott the spot my job has over 350 employees that go there.Guess what at least 50%...

I'm rating this place a 2 solely based out of my last interaction here. The food is great, BUT beware when ordering online for pickup and you work a busy job. No matter what time the order was placed, theyll won't even cancel your order, let alone call you to just tell you to hurry up. They'll throw the food away after 20 mins (even though I've probably been there later to pick up my food at one point) and won't notify you in any way. So your order will say it's ready, but once you get there, they'll throw the food out. The principal here is to let the customer know somehow that they can't move forward with the order. Especially in this area, lots of people have busy jobs where they expect to be leaving for lunch at a certain time, but unfortunately don't get to. Common sense would tell you to either call the customer or cancel the order via the app so that person doesn't come in looking for their order that they thought was already made. Also, when I told them to cancel it, one of the male cashiers who work in the front was about to cancel it and didn't. I know this because I called GrubHub 10 mins after and they had to manually cancel it. Do better with your customer service. It's not my fault I couldnt get the...

From outside , it looks like a small bake shop … I wanted a quick breakfast and went in thinking it’s a bagel 🥯 shop . Ufff . Once I entered, I saw this massiveeeee shop! They had a coffee bar , fruit juices., salad bar , pizza 🍕 place , bagel and breakfast bar, wraps - you name it ! I think it’s a “all in one place” … I ordered bagel and it was good . Cream cheese was in limited quantity and good . Not overflowing , like they do in some places . Coffee was average . It was surely fresh but a bit watery . Should try other things like panini, wraps etc sometime . Loved this shop overall 👍👍👍 priced ok . Bagel costed about 3.50 and coffee about. 3$ .. good service and fast billing
