Today, Monday 16th, I stopped by this food truck vendor. It says on Google Maps that this is a Peruvian food venue, but I can tell that this is not a Peruvian food venue. I had chicken salteado, the chicken was full of seasonings( cumming) as if this was curry chicken...I told a (female) employee about it but she just reply "my customers don't give any feedback and they just eat it" I also tried the arroz chaufa, which is another dish that wasn't cooked right. It was too salty and with an incredible lack of flavor! My question is? Why don't you use your time to watch a video on YouTube and learn how to cook a simple Staple Peruvian Dish? Why not? It breaks my heart when a restaurant or food truck vendor cooks distasteful Peruvian Food! This is not a Peruvian food venue. It looks more like a Hallal food. The only thing that really surprised me was the sauces, a couple of sauces executed to perfection! With an incredible flavor and medium spice! It is why I gave 2 🌟

Very good food served out of a taco truck. They have been on 57th st and 8th ave as of late. The food is solid. The tortas are the best thing on the menu. The salsas are good. The prices fair. The chichi morra drink was just OK though. Sort of like the Mexican hibiscus drink but not really worth $3. The guys are friendly and they accept credit cards. Usually a small line during lunch. But it moves fast.

This review is for the location by 58st & 8th. The food is soooooo good! Better than what you go eat at a regular restaurant. The food taste so fresh and great. I’ve tried their Lomo Saltado, Chaufa and Fogon. I must say these three did not disappoint. The arroz chaufa is the most delicious food!!!!

(This review is for the big truck, which has a slightly larger menu than the little cart I believe.) The jalea - fried breaded fish, shrimp, and a bit of plantain with a tart tomato salad - is probably one of the most elegant meals you will ever get from a food truck, wonderful textures, light yet hearty. The tortas are great, if a bit soggy at the edges. The fries are AMAZING if you like potato skin on your fries...otherwise you should skip. Definitely looking forward to trying the huancaina cheese sauce (they are often sold out). Overall one of the best of the options...

Food was better than I expected. So much carnitas I'll be making two more meals out of it ( I eat small portions). Lots of pork belly fat in there, too. Little skimpy on the black beans, thought. It was very fast and super tasty. The only bad taste was left by the woman working the counter who had to make some comment to her coworker when I ordered no jalapenos. Don't like em. Think they taste gross. Plus I'm white so she probably assumed some things. She's just not warm...
