Handcraft Coffee — Restaurant in New York

Very good place to get Latte's. The female employee there is very nice, & respectful. She did an amazing job each time I went, & saw her. I had never been to a coffee house in my life that has been as good as Handcraft Coffee. Sadly, today when I went she was not there. A man made the drink. Not that good. Yeah, tasted like a Latte, but I asked for a bit of caramel. He put none in it at all. Asked for Half & Half, & yes that I believe he did put in. That's good. It also had coffee grinds in it. Not cool at all. I had to take two napkins from there to put around the Latte because it was extremely hot as well. Ugh.. I always give a real nice tip, & honestly this time I shouldn't have. If he's there next time I won't be getting anything. If she is then yes I will definitely get my large Latte with a bit of caramel, &...

You might find yourself gravitating towards the big and familiar coffee venue for the masses right across the street... Don't, resisting the urge will be immediately rewarded by the warm and local atmosphere in this little spot. The coffee is great and there is a selection of snacks and baked goods. Great place to have a coffee at. The coffee is of good quality, and the place is very warm, stylish, and relaxing. Staff is great too 👍

Edit: 2023 Last time I reviewed was 6 years ago when it opened. Coffee was a very high quality back then, now it's garbage. They know they have a good spot to sell Coffee with fresh clients every day so they don't bother providing quality anymore, yet extremely overpriced in about everything. Service is hit or miss. Sometimes as bad, or worse than the Coffee served with attitude....
